Research On The Risks Of Modern Technology From The Perspective Of Epistemology

In the contemporary society,our development has increasingly depended on the science and technology.However,it is difficult to predict its risks,and the countermeasures are also backward in the technological world.Therefore,from the perspective of epistemology,it is necessary to explore the cognitive theory of modern technological risk,investigate its root causes and the effective ways of risk prevention,so as to put forward a front-end cognitive approach in modern society.The first chapter,through the investigation of the domestic and foreign risk,modern technology risk and other major issues of research status,it can be seen that the research on technical risk is relatively rich,but there are three trends worth thinking about:the analysis of the risk of modern technology is generally comprehensive but not in-depth,its origin is still controversial,there is a lack of logic from generation to governance.And the above three points are not only the background of this article,but also lay the foundation for the following discussion.Besides,the second chapter mainly makes a brief overview of a series of concepts,meanwhile,this chapter also approaches the risk of modern technology by perceiving the phenomenon.After analyzing the breadth,intensity and depth of the risk,it is concluded that the risk of modern technology has the characteristics of global,deep,intense and delayed.Then,the third chapter is an epistemological study based on the framework of cognitive subject,cognitive object and cognitive tool,relying on the risk of modern technology:Explore the theoretical basis of modern technology risks from the two thresholds of realism and constructivism,and It is concluded that the risk of modern technology is not only objective but also the result of subjective construction.Examine the fundamental causes of modern technological risks from the two perspectives of internal and external,among them,the imperfection of scientific knowledge can be considered as the internal cause,while the external cause mainly around the interaction between knowledge and subjective cognition.Explain the reclassify of modern technological risks in terms of the logic and time clues.Original risk means the nature and origin of modern technological risk on logical clues or the time clues,accordingly,derived risk means those non-essential and subordinate risks in logic,or risks spread and expand over time.Analyze the impact of modern technology risks from the dual dimensions of objectivity and subjectivity,among them,the objective influence is the shaping and influence of modern technological risk on the objective society,which is mainly reflected in the transformation from technological society to risk society,while the subjective influence revolves around risk awareness and risk perception.Finally,chapter four,after examining the controllability and non-controllability of the risks mentioned above one by one,provides some suggestions on technical paths,cultural paths and policies and regulations for the prevention of modern technological risks.
