Ecosystem structure, function, and stability maintenance mechanisms are closely related to the life elements of soil-plant systems and their stoichiometry. In this study, two types of ash-weed shoal beaches were selected from the Poyang Lake Hunan Wetland:one is isolated from the outer lake by a dike, and is connected to the outer lake only during the high water period?Baisha Lake?;Lake Unicom?East Lake?.The total carbon?TC?,total nitrogen?TN?,total phosphorus?TP?and total carbon?TC?,total nitrogen?TN?,and total phosphorus of soil samples from the upper and underground roots of the ash-moss grassland of Baisha Lake and East Lake were analyzed.?TP?,ammonium nitrogen?NH4+-N?,nitrate nitrogen?NO3--N?,available phosphorus?AP?and other content analysis. The two types of soil-plant system carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in the growing season and their types were discussed. The characteristics and differences of stoichiometric relationships provide basic data for further elucidating the adaptation strategies of the plant community of Poyang Lake's beaches to changes in water regime.Research indicates:?1?The TC,TN,and TP contents of the ash, moss, and shoal beach soil in Baisha Lake ranged from 3.27-12.79 mg·g-1,0.8-1.37 mg·g-1,and 0.42-1.78 mg·g-1,respectively.The ranges of soil NH4+-N,NO3--N and AP were 0.213-1.12mg·kg-1,1.47-3.29mg·kg-1,0.3-1.19mg·kg-1,respectively.The corresponding soil nutrient change range of East Lake is TC:8.24-19.74mg·g-1,TN:1.08-1.72mg·g-1,TP:0.92-2.47mg·g-1;NH4+-N:0.12-0.53mg·kg-1,NO3-N:4.71-10.86 mg·kg-1 and AP 0.26-0.85 mg·kg-1.?2?The total nutrients C:N,N:P,and C:P of the ash soil of the Baisha Lake ash beach were changed from 4.09-9.34,0.52-2.51,2.58-17.16,respectively.Available nutrient N:P ranged from 2.53-9.9.The total nutrients C:N,N:P,and C:P in the East Lake soil ranged from 7.65 to 1.94,0.46-1.78,and 3.54-14.85;the effective nutrient N:P ranged from 5.98 to 32.64.?3?The range of TC,TN and TP content in the ash-grass grassland of Baishahuzhou Beach is 411.04-446.79mg g-1,19.252-37.35mg g-1,1.34-5.44mg g-1.Underground level TC:372-424.68mg g-1,TN:10.5-17.56mg g-1,TP:0.8-2.07mg g-1,level 2 root TC:375.58-409.6mg g-1,TN:9.43-15.63 mg g-1,TP:0.61-1.3 mg g-1;Grade 3 root TC:337.98-399.36 mg g-1,TN:6.79-11.03 mg g-1,TP:0.44-1.07 mg g-1.The range of TC,TN and TP content in the moss grassland of East Lake was 283.15-422.25mg g-1,17.11-24.69mg g-1,1.95-5.45mg·g-1.Underground first-level root TC:355.57-409.4mg g-1,TN:12.26-16.8mg g-1,TP:0.25-1.92mg g-1,second-level root TC:371.97-404.81mg·g-1,TN:9.67-14.51mg·g-1,TP:0.24-1.65mg·g-1;Grade 3root TC:357.88-400.8mg·g-1,TN:7.96-12.11m·g-1,TP:0.32-1.11 mg·g-1.The two types of beaches,TC,TN and TP,generally show above-ground parts higher than underground parts.Among them,TC content is below the level 3 roots>level 2 root>level 1 root, and TN content is below the level 1 root>level 2 roots>3 Level root,TP content underground level 1 root>level2root>level 3 root.?4?Correlation analysis between ash plants and soil in Baisha Lake and Donghu Lake:There is a very significant difference in TC content between plants and soil in the two lakes?P<0.01?,and a significant difference in TN content between plants and soil?P<0.01?,there was a significant difference in TP content between plants and soil?P<0.01?.?5?Correlation analysis of soil nutrients between Baisha Lake and Donghu Lake.Among them, the TC content of the two lakes has extremely significant difference?P<0.01?,the TN content has extremely significant difference?P<0.01?,and the TP content has significant statistical difference?P<0.05?.There was a significant difference in C:N?P<0.01?,no significant difference in N:P?P>0.05?,and no significant difference in C:P?P>0.05?.
