Tumors are the leading cause of death in adults and children, but most pediatric tumors are relatively rare.Therapeutically Applicable Research To Generate Effective Treatments Database has released muti-omics data and clinical data of many pediatric tumors. These data provide the opportunity for more comprehensively exploring the molecular mechanism of pediatric tumor development in children. However, due to the large storage capacity and high dimension of omics data,it is difficult for researchers to use them without bioinformatics background, which greatly limits the application of multi-level data in children's tumors. In addition, there are few platforms for the analysis of pediatric tumor data that are available to researchers without a bioinformatics background. Therefore,in this project,we developed a database for analyzing the big data of pediatric tumor at multi-omics level, which was displayed in the form of Web Server.A variety of custom analysis modules are provided based on different omics data of pediatric tumors in the GEO,TARGET,and SRA databases. It includes gene basic information inquiry, gene differential expression analysis, methylation differential analysis,multi-omics correlation analysis, similar gene calculation, patient survival analysis and analysis of Tumor immune infiltration. With comprehensive analysis modules, the webserver is specifically resource for pediatric tumor data, with strong pertinence, and provides fast and comprehensive data mining for relevant researchers,it promotes the application of multi-omics in basic and clinical research related to pediatric tumors.
