| Urbanization in China has grown rapidly in the past four decades and the subsequent urban construction has also shown problems such as large scale,rapid spread and lack of features.In this context,major cities have successively carried out comprehensive urban design or similar large-scale practical projects to optimize urban spatial form and scene.However,large-scale urban design faces new challenges from content to technology,and digital technology represented by GIS technology can provide a new way to solve the above problems.Three core technical links of the comprehensive urban deign such as open space layout,landscape visual corridor guidance and height control are taken as the research subjects.Then construct a set of universal framework to provide rational path and operational ideas for comprehensive urban design.The main results include two parts:1.Engineering report: The comprehensive urban design of Wuyishan CityAt the macro level,with the integration of new ideas and new technologies,the focus is on the four major spatial systems of the central city,such as the characteristic pattern,urban form,open space and landscape style,to shape and guide the overall style and features and spatial form of large-scale cities.On the meso level,based on the historical evolution and characteristics analysis of Wuyishan City,various urban style areas are divided,and the guiding plans of each style area are compiled according to the categories.At the micro level,select a number of representative key areas and develop conceptual urban design and key spatial forms for reference.2.Research report: a preliminary study on the guidance and control path of comprehensive urban design based on GIS technologySummarize the main application characteristics of GIS technology in urban planning,sort out development overview of comprehensive urban design,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the current GIS technology combined with comprehensive urban design through literature review and case analysis.Based on this,the application of GIS technology in open space layout,landscape visual corridor guidance and height control is discussed.The “open space layout” section constructs a framework of “open space grading-index system establishment-ideal model construction-ideal model modification-system construction and grading guidance”,which provides a basis for the construction of open space systems while optimizing both the present and planning situation of open space layout.The “landscape visual corridor guidance” section constructs a framework of “choose landscape points based on the assessment of the current landscape resources-choose viewpoints and visual corridors based on ArcGIS visual domain analysis-control height from the visual corridors based on ArcGIS 3D visual analysis”,which establishes an overlook system and provides an effective implementation path for highlighting urban characteristics.The “height control” section constructs a framework of “index system establishment-ideal model construction-ideal model modificationupper planning feedback”,which forms a well urban three-dimensional shape while optimizing both the present and planning situation of height control.Finally,apply the universal framework of open space layout,landscape visual corridor guidance and height control to practice project of the comprehensive urban design of Wuyishan city. |
