With the deepening of urbanization process,the demand for transportation and residents' travel is increasing.Urban transportation has become one of the main problems restricting economic development.Scientific and objective grasp of urban traffic operation,especially the temporal and spatial evolution law and change trend,is an effective means to solve traffic problems,and also serves the basis of social group travel choice and urban traffic system planning,construction and management.Because of the inability of early research to obtain a large number of fine spatial and temporal traffic data,the research and application of theoretical models are greatly limited.With the development of mobile location technology and the aggregation of massive traffic data,it is possible to study the spatial and temporal distribution of urban agglomeration traffic status accurately and real-time.In this paper,Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group is taken as the research object,starting with the multi-source data processing and theoretical methods of urban agglomeration traffic operation law,the traffic characteristics of multi-source data are analyzed,the regional evaluation system of traffic operation state is constructed,and the traffic operation status of urban agglomeration is analyzed.The main research work and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)Using POI data,the characteristics of traffic resource distribution in urban agglomerations are analyzed,the differences of traffic resource distribution in different regions are revealed,and the important traffic resource regions are identified.(2)Based on gravity measurement model,traffic comprehensive distance model and road weighted density model,the traffic accessibility and traffic integration level of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group are studied comprehensively.A new method of traffic integration level measurement is proposed,and the method is verified by road network data and social economic data of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group.(3)Using GPS trajectory data,aiming at the great difference of traffic status among different regions of urban agglomeration,it is difficult to accurately evaluate the roads in the whole region by using a simple evaluation method.Using road saturation and travel time ratio as two indicators,a comprehensive evaluation method of urban agglomeration road operation status based on GPS trajectory data is proposed.(4)The region-temporal function matrix of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Expressway is constructed by using the data of video recognition points,and then the potential feature structure of the matrix is tapped based on the algorithm of low rank matrix approximation.This paper reveals the characteristics of expressway traffic operation in urban agglomeration,and identifies the traffic flow characteristics in different regions.Finally,through the analysis of the characteristics of different data,the regional evaluation system of traffic operation status is constructed.
