| With the rapid development of the complex system and computer simulation technology,complex system simulation is not only increasing in the scale of composition,but also involving wider in different fields of disciplines.In the process of complex system simulation,due to the complex system between each subsystem and internal subsystem using models and analysis tools in the field of different disciplines for the simulation calculation,complex system produces a large amount of heterogeneous data,and makes it difficult in the data exchange between different subsystems or subsystems inside.Therefore,in the process of the complex system simulation,how to reasonably design the data exchange module which can meet the needs of complex system simulation is a key to the question that complex system simulation can carry on.The paper considered the complex system simulation data exchange technology as the research object.Aim to satisified the requirements of data exchange in MultiDAS(Multidisciplinary Design Analysis and Simulation)environment,the paper designed and implemented a reasonable data exchange module which based on the research of commonly data exchange technology at present for complex system simulation of MultiDAS environment.At last,this principle provided a specific example to validate the MultiDAS environment data exchange module.This main contents of this article are summarized as follows:Firstly,this paper studied the commonly data exchange technology,which XML,JSON and product data exchange technology text-based,the Shared memory technology and packet technology binary-based,the Web Services and WCF technology SOA framework-based.Through comparative analysis,this paper summarized the advantages and shortcomings of different data exchange technology.Secondly,this paper introduced the composition and environment characteristics of MultiDAS environment,analysed demands of MultiDAS environment data exchange.and according to demands,this papar used the WCF technology of oriented service,JSON technology,Packet,STEP technology and Share memory technology to build MultiDAS environment general data exchange framework.Then,according to the composition of MultiDAS environment structure,the principle designed MultiDAS environment data exchange module between the MultiDAS environment simulation clients and main engine,the main engine and the simulation nodes,different simulation nodes,simulation nodes inside.On the basis,this principle implemented the MultiDAS environment data exchange module from technical level.Finally,this paper used a specific example of the Aero-structure coupled analysis of high aspect ratio wing to verify the MultiDAS environment software data exchange module.Compared MultiDAS environment simulation results with manual simulation results at the early period,this principle showed the rationality,the stability and accuracy of the MultiDAS data exchange module. |
