Research On Rainstorm Disaster Warning Service Of Shizuishan Meteorological Bureau In Ningxia Based On Smart Meteorology

Under the background of high-speed global urbanization and industrialization,The accumulation ofgreenhouse effect has led to global warming which in turn leads to frequent occurrence of extreme meteorological disasters.Meteorological disasters will not only has a severe impact on financial markets,especially commodity prices,but also cause huge economic losses and casualties,even threaten social stability and regional security.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to improve the early warning service capability of meteorological disasters,strive for more time for government departments and the public to prevent and reduce disasters,minimize or avoid the loss of life and property caused by meteorological disasters.Facts proved that in the face of the increasing demand for meteorological services from the people,the deficiencies of the original disaster warning and service methods have gradually emerged.In recent years,some cities at home and abroad rely on next-generation technologies such as cloud computing and big data to develop intelligent cities,the meteowise as an important part of the construction of intelligent cities,which on urban disaster prevention and mitigation put forward what new requirements and new challenges,the current urban meteorological disaster prevention and response measures,what problems and shortcomings,Facing the new round of scientific and technological revolution and the increasingly fierce international meteorological science and technology competition,how to seize the opportunity of cloud computing and the rapid development of big data to promote the intelligent,intensive and information-based modern evolution of urban disaster prevention and reduction is the focus of this paper.Taking Shizuishan Meteorological Bureau's rainstorm disaster early warningservice as an example,based on the actual situation,this paper points out that the development of meteowise is the key to enhance the rainstorm disaster early warning service capability.This paper use basic theories such as crisis management theory and collaborative governance theory,and adopts research methods such as literature method,depth interview method,case study method,investigation method and comparative analysis method to comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in Shizuishan Meteorological Bureau's rainstorm disaster early warning service based on meteowise.At the same time,draw lessons from the advanced practices and experience of intelligent meteorological early warning service system and mobile app at home and abroad,combined with the development of smart meteorology of Shizuishan Meteorological Bureau,it proposes solutions and countermeasures in terms of form developing scientific plans of meteorological,strengthen information sharing and exchange,increasing financial support,advancing scientific and technological innovation,and improving the talent team,which has a reference value for building and developing meteowise in other cities.
