In the past few years,with the in-depth study of systems biology,gene regulatory networks have achieved rich research results as a key research object of complex dynamic systems.The dynamics and control of gene regulatory networks take the life sciences as the background and the theoretical basis of the dynamics,systems and control of nonlinear systems.Given its wide application prospects in engineering practice,the research on the dynamic behavior and supervision and control of gene regulatory networks has become an important work.In this paper,the study on the dynamic analysis and supervisory control of gene regulatory networks are carried out to the best of its ability,and the relevant research programs are given,and the feasibility of the theoretical solutions proposed in the paper is verified by the simulation results.And the specific contents are listed as follows:First of all,the research background and significance of the gene regulatory network,research status at home and abroad,models of gene regulatory networks,and linear matrix inequalities and finite state machines involved in research are introduced.And the second,The stability of gene regulatory network with feedback control and delay is discussed.By using the probability distribution information of delay,the Lyapunov function of auxiliary delay parameter,sparse matrix and LMI technique,the criterion of exponential stability of gene regulatory network with time-varying delay feedback control,deterministic and uncertainty.The correctness of the theory was illustrated by two simulated numerical examples through two tool boxes of LMI and Simulink in MATLAB.Then,a continuous control law for calculating gene regulatory networks using discrete event systems is demonstrated.It mainly focuses on discrete event abstraction of continuous genetic network model,secondly,solves the state attracting problem in discrete event domain,and then transforms it into continuous-time kinetic equation according to the control law of discrete event,combining with continuous system model realize the control law.At the same time,through an example was illustrated.Finally,the main work of the full text is summarized,and some problems worthy of further study are put forward.
