The evaluation and optimization selection of oil and gas exploration block is an important national strategic task of oil and gas development.The exploration level of old area of Jiangsu oilfield is more and more high,so that the oil field need more better resource block.The research of lack of investment block is related to oilfield long-term sustainable development.In order to implement oil and gas resources,it 1s necessary to carry out the optimization selection for favorable exploration blocks and make it clear to retreat and cut mining right,so as to provide sufficient basis for accurate and fast decision makingThis paper based on the preliminary evaluation of lack of investment of Jiangsu oilfield block,the main evaluation method of oil and gas geological conditions and strategic exploration probability(double factors),for the first time to establish a set of standard templates with multi-parameters for petroleum geology risk assessment:2 modules,9 evaluation indexes,19 control parameters.It is given with different weights according to the templates for exploration unit which are medium-low and low exploration level The templates are fit for "unified platform,unified optimization" selectionThrough the analysis of exploration history,the lack-investment blocks are divided into different evaluation units and exploration levels.This thesis carry out the research of the geological background,basic oil and gas geological conditions and key technical problems and for low and medium exploration area the paper describes the characteristics of basin and zone,favorable oil and gas geological conditions,main factors and key technical problemsThough comprehensive evaluation of 8 evaluation units according to different exploration level of standard parameter assignment,there is evaluation for type ?:Medium-low exploration level of the Maichen sag in Yancheng block,Mesozoic-Cenozoic group of Yancheng block,Mesozoic-Paleozoic of Yancheng block and Wushi Sag,Jijia sag,Rugao-Nantong block,Yiyang basin.The type ? is Fuyang block.Based on the results of the priority evaluation,in the terms of exploration investment of potential block,the paper suggests that reduction,merger,and transfer and exit should be adopted.Yancheng block...
