At present,the contradiction between people's health needs and China's lack of good health maintenance equipment is the core contradiction in the medical field.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to develop a smarter and more convenient smart medical system which can check physical health at any time and send physiological information to your doctor for a health assessment.Through the wearable portable health monitoring system,people can understand their own health status and share their health status in real time.Combined with modern technology and modern medicine,it can effectively prevent and diagnose common diseases.The emergence and development of smart healthcare makes medical simplification,intelligence and portability,using miniaturized devices and efficient data processing performance,and transmitting and sharing information to medical information platforms through Internet technology,realizing real-time interaction between patients and doctors.So that people can easily check the health information and get timely doctor's diagnosis feedback.This paper designs and implements a health monitoring system that is easy to wear,accurate and easy to operate.The mobile phone and the detecting device wirelessly communicate via Bluetooth,and the biological information state detection such as blood pressure,heart rate,body temperature,fat rate and wrist pulse are detected at any time.The detection result is timely fed back to the mobile phone after being processed by the system.The system not only realizes the individual's real-time monitoring of their own health,but also provides an accurate and effective diagnostic basis for the doctor to diagnose the condition.The unique work of this article includes:1.The system is integrated with functions,which can detect biological information parameters such as blood pressure,body temperature,heart rate,fat rate and pulse waveform.2.The system can upload the detected biological information of the human body to the mobile terminal of the mobile phone,realizing the individual's real-time monitoring of the self-health and providing an accurate diagnosis basis for the doctor to diagnose the condition.3.In the system,the pulse signal detection of the human body can measure parameters such as floating and sinking and velocity in the pulse image.4.The human body pulse information detection function and the blood pressure and heart rate detection functions in the system share a wearable flexible film pressure sensor,which effectively extracts the pulse waveform and calculates the blood pressure and heart rate of the human body based on the pulse dynamic information.5.In the body fat rate detecting module of the portable human health monitoring system,the body fat rate is calculated by using a specific relationship between the resistance value and the corresponding output modulus value in a small impedance range of a single frequency point.Compared with the traditional gain coefficient calibration method,not only the body fat rate detection error is reduced but also the stability of the system is improved.After theoretical analysis and experiments,the biological information collected by the system,such as blood pressure,heart rate,body temperature,fat rate and wrist pulse,has a small error range,and it has the characteristics of accurate measurement and convenient carrying,and can realize remote control through communication with Bluetooth and mobile phone.In the future medical detection field,it can be seamlessly integrated with cloud platforms and big data analysis,making traditional medical equipment more and more intelligent,miniaturized and simplified.In addition,the wrist pulse dynamic information detection technology of this system can be applied to judge the characteristics of human body pulse floating,strength,thickness,length and so on.It has strong theoretical research value and practical application significance for realizing TCM automatic diagnosis pulse technology and Internet medical treatment.
