| The reliability evaluation of LNG terminal is an important measure to ensure the safe and reliable operation of LNG terminal.By calculating the reliability of Equipment of LNG receiving station,the whole system of LNG receiving station can be evaluated so as to take effective measures in time and minimize the loss of accidents.Based on the complexity of failure modes of main equipment of LNG receiving station,this paper compares and analyzes the applicability of various reliability calculation models,and establishes or selects appropriate calculation models and algorithms.According to the process flow of LNG receiving station,the reliability block diagram and system topology diagram of LNG receiving station are established.The reliability evaluation software of LNG receiving station is developed by Java language.The reliability model of LNG receiving station equipment involves the setting and calculation of a large number of parameters.The developed software can obtain the reliability of LNG receiving station equipment and system only by inputting and selecting parameters according to the program instructions,so as to improve the practicability and enhance the effect.Taking an LNG receiving station in China as an example,the reliability evaluation software of LNG receiving station was tested.In order to verify the practicability of the software,the reliability data obtained by the software are compared with the literature data. |
