At present,with the rapid development of society,it is calling for a global community with a shared future for mankind.Human social activities are closely related to each other,affect and interact with each other.The increasing of uncertainties in decision-making activities makes the decision-making problems very tricky.The quality of decision making depends on the integrity of information,the time spending for decision and the cognition of decision makers.In the current multiple attribute decision making environment,there are many typical decision-making problems,such as evaluation of fuzzy information,a measurement of attribute correlation and a distinction between the preferences of individual decision makers.The main purpose of this research is to explore the model and application of group decision making based on generalized intuitionistic fuzzy set.First,this paper proposed a novel Pythagorean fuzzy distance measure,and the Pythagorean fuzzy number can be transformed into the right-angled triangular fuzzy number.The entropy measure reflecting the uncertainty of information is used to calculate weight the attribute.Combining the prospect theory model,an example shows the practicality of this model.Second,this paper researched on characteristics of large groups and attribute weight acquisition method.It built a model of clustering analysis based on intuitionistic fuzzy set,then acquired the weights of different groups and different attributes by using multi-objective linear goal programming,also combined with VIKOR in emergency disaster relief decision-making,which is verified the effectiveness of the model.Finally,inspired by the probability theory,this paper proposed Gq– ROFWA operator.Subsequently,using the relative entropy,improving traditional TODIM method and extending to the information of q-rung orthopair fuzzy set,a novel method is applied to the selection of enterprise venture capital evaluation and verified the rationality.
