In this study,the diversity of soil microbe in the maize field(K1)in the reclamation area of haizhou open pit drainage site in fuxin city and xiwazi village maize field(F1 area)in taiping district in fuxin city were analyzed.The diversity of fungal and bacterial communities in K1 and F1 regions was analyzed by metagenomic sequencing.On this basis,the fungi in maize rhizosphere soil and maize plants(root,stem,leaf,ear and seed)in reclamation area and control area were isolated,purified and identified by molecule,and the genetic diversity was analyzed.The main results were as follows:1)the species richness and uniformity of fungi in maize rhizosphere soil in zone K1 were lower than those in zone F1.On the level of the door,K1 area compared with F1 area,the lack of the balloon bacteria(Glomeromycota)and by spore mould door(Mortierellomycota).At the genus level,19 genera were identified in K1 region and 52 genera in F1 region.Functional prediction showed that there were 33 less species of fungi in K1 region than in F1 region.The species richness and evenness of maize rhizosphere soil bacteria in zone K1 were higher than that in zone F1.At the phylum level,compared with F1 region,K1 region had 8 species of fungi.At the genus level,46 genera were identified in K1 region and 41 genera in F1 region.Functional prediction showed that there were 5 more fungal functions in K1 region than in F1 region.2)Penicillium sp.,Fusarium sp.,and Penicillium sp.,Trichoderma sp.,were the main fungi isolated and identified from the maize rhizosphere soil in zone K1,while Penicillium sp.And Trichoderma sp.The bacteria isolated and identified in K1 and F1 regions were mainly Sphingomonas sp.and Gemmatimonas sp.K1 area maize plants(root,stem and leaf,spike,seed)separate identification of fungi with sorghum attach aureus(Epicoccum sorghinum sp.)and corn big plaque bacteria genera(Setosphaeria turcica sp.)is given priority to,F1 area mainly split fold species(Schizophyllum sp.)and meters Aspergillus species(Aspergillus oryzae sp.).The results of the study is helpful to perfect the fuxin mine corn belt of soil,microbial contamination to the environment helps to reduce the mining process and promote the rational use of mining area land microbial resources,at the same time for the same type of Fu Ken District soil and management to provide the reference,for the fuxin mining area of agricultural land soil ecological environment recovery and management research provides theoretical basis and practical guidance.There are 21 figures,3 tables and 93 references in this paper.
