The analysis and visualization of social network relationships are in various forms,with a wide range of application fields and scenarios.Existing forms of social network visualization focus on the changes of nodes and links in the network structure from a single perspective,mostly visualizing the aggregation of nodes within an organization.But social network relation is complicated,the network structure also changes with the continuous expansion of network.Among many forms of social networks,ego-network,which represents the relationship between specific individual and the related people and the group cooperation study and analysis have recently aroused the interest of many researchers,which has important function and meaning for anthropology,sociology and psychology.However,more information cannot be displayed due to the limitation of layout and limited visual metaphor in the analysis and visualization of ego-network.In addition,the study of group collaboration in social network relationships can help analyze the aggregation and evolution of social network personnel.It is also necessary to explore the visualization method of group collaboration.Therefore,this paper studies the analysis and visualization methods of social network relationships from the perspectives of ego-network and group collaboration.The main research work of this thesis can be concluded as follows:(1)The theory of dynamic social network and graph visualization technology are summarized and analyzed.Ego-networks and groups in dynamic social network relationships are defined,the ego-network research theory is elaborated,and several typical visualization technologies which represent dynamic social networks are summarized,paving the way for the analysis and visualization of the relationship in dynamic ego-networks and group collaborative networks.(2)A dynamic ego-network relationship analysis method is proposed and a visualization system is created.To help users analyze individual characteristics and hidden patterns in multivariable ego-network and solve the visual confusion in the visualization of complex dynamic ego-network,a task classification method suitable for dynamic ego-network analysis was first proposed,which classifies ego-network analysis tasks from three dimensions: global,subgroup and detailed-ego.In addition,intuitive visual views are designed for each dimension,and the views of the three dimensions are integrated into a visual system.Auxiliary views are added to provide automatic analysis integrated with the timeline,so as to flexibly analyze the network evolution according to the needs of users(3)A group collaboration network relationship analysis method is proposed and visually verified.To explore the characteristics and evolution rules of group collaboration network in social networks,the properties and links of relevant nodes in the structure of group collaboration network are defined in detail.We set up the group collaboration network analysis task and a visual view is designed to display the detailed information of groups and the collaboration between groups,and the evolution pattern of group collaboration network relationship is analyzed.
