Abstract/Summary:
Since Letokhov V.S.proposed a random laser in theory through calculation,random laser has received extensive attention in disordered photonics because of its low cost,small size,easy integration,and low spatial coherence.Different from traditional lasers,the resonant cavity of a random laser is formed in a disordered gain medium by amplifying light through multiple scattering.Soft substances,also known as soft condensed matter,are susceptible to fundamental changes caused by external influences.Among them,temperature and external force are the major factors that affect the properties of soft substances.This also determines the soft substances in biomedical,chemical and environmental engineering.And other fields will have a huge impact.This article mainly studies the random laser properties of three soft material samples,which are azobenzene polymer vesicles,polymer optical fibers containing POSS particles and bead polymer electro spinning.The random laser performance tests of the three soft materials are as follows:(1)The photoisomerization of azobenzene vesicles was confirmed,azobenzene vesicle random lasers were discovered,and optical properties such as the threshold and stability of the spectrum were studied.The effects of dye concentration and vesicle concentration on the threshold are discussed,as well as the mechanism of random laser multiple scattering formation.(2)The random laser in the multimode polymer optical fiber was discovered,and the optical properties such as the threshold of the random laser were studied.And two-dimensional Anderson localization phenomenon was observed in the core of polymer optical fiber.Due to the low spatial coherence of the polymer fiber random laser,the random laser can be used as a high-quality light source for speckle-free imaging.(3)Three different electrospun fiber polymer solutions were prepared,The solute was polystyrene,the laser dye PM597 and Nile blue,the solvents were toluene and methylene chloride in different proportions.The bead shape of polymer fiber and the threshold value of polymer fiber were studied,and then the random laser of bead polymer fiber was studied,which proved that a stable polymer fiber random laser was obtained.
