With the proposal and implementation of "Industry 4.0" in Germany and "Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" in China,the manufacturing industry is developing in the direction of high automation,digitalization and intelligence The development cycles of new products are shorten to the maximum extent.In order to save the commissioning time and cost of robot integrated system and improve the safety of production,a virtual commissioning method of robot integrated system based on NX MCD is proposed by taking robot laser cladding system as an application case.Firstly,according to the functional requirements,the hardware structure of the robot laser cladding system is designed.The integrated control and communication scheme of the robot laser cladding system is determined.Taking the roller as the processing object,the integrated control program design of the robot laser cladding system is studied from motion model and logic control.Secondly,the digital twin scheme of the robot integrated system is studied.NX MCD is used as the digital twin creation and simulation platform and the digital twin model of the robot laser cladding system is designed.Then,the problem of data connection and acquisition in digital twin is studied.The data connection mode of robot integrated system with OPC server as the connection channel is designed.A feasible method to collect the driving data of robot joint is proposed and the technical bottleneck of driving simulation of robot in NX MCD is gotten through effectively.The virtual commissioning of robot laser cladding system is realized by the way of software in the loop and the virtual commissioning application framework of robot integrated system is determined.Finally,the virtual commissioning and processing experiments of the robot laser cladding system are carried out to verify the correctness of the virtual commissioning method of the robot integrated system based on NX MCD,It is suitable for the design and development of the robot automatic production line system with multi-station and multi-controller.
