At present, there are still a lot of rural poor people in Jiangxi. How to make these rural poor people get out of poverty as soon as possible has become an important task for all levels of government in Jiangxi. In order to achieve a good poverty alleviation effect at a reasonable cost, targeted poverty alleviation has become an important poverty alleviation policy for all levels of government in Jiangxi, and revealing and mastering the spatial distribution pattern, evolution characteristics, and influencing factors of rural poor population in Jiangxi Province have become an important mean to achieve targeted poverty alleviation. In this paper, with the support of GeoDa and GIS software. This paper uses the rural poverty population data from 2011 to 2017 on the county scale of Jiangxi to study the evolution characteristics and influencing factors of rural poverty population in Jiangxi;By adding up the rural poverty population data analyse the evolution characteristics of the rural poverty population at the provincial, municipal and county scales are,and the statistics of the number of country-level poor counties analyse the evolution characteristics.Using GIS natural discontinuity method analyze the distribution characteristics of rural poverty at the county scale and the regional distribution of poverty in Jiangxi.Using population structure index method analyze the spatial structure characteristics of the rural poverty population in Jiangxi.Using the spatial autocorrelation analysis method analyze the spatial agglomeration and change characteristics of the rural poverty population in Jiangxi.Using the center-of-gravity shift locus model analyze the changes of the center of gravity of the rural poverty population distribution.Using the spatial regression model analyze the rural poverty influencing factors of population distribution in Jiangxi. The research results show that:(1)In terms of the characteristics of the number of rural poor, the number of rural poverty in Jiangxi decreased year by year from 2011 to 2017,especially in 2013-2014,the number of rural poverty decreased most drastically;the number of rural poverty decreased at the municipal scale. The gap between the rural poverty population in various cities is decreasing year by year, and the distribution of the rural poverty population is becoming more and more balanced.Among them, the rural poverty population in Ganzhou accounts for a large proportion, and rural poverty is very prominent;at the county level, most counties exist rural poverty population, but the number of rural poverty is declining year by year.In the early stage, most counties exceeded 10,000 rural poverty population, and in the later period, most of them were below 10,000.Yudu and Ningdu have the most rural poverty population, and there were regional differences for rural poverty in Jiangxi.According to the analysis of the population structure, the rural poor population structure tends to develop unevenly, but the change is relatively small;the country-level poor counties account for about 16% to 24%,mainly distributed in Ganzhou and Ji'an.(2)From the evolution characteristics of the spatial differentiation pattern of the rural poverty population in Jiangxi, the four rural poverty distribution types generally change from low to high values from north to south. The total poverty alleviation areas were mainly distributed in the capital of Jiangxi, and area scope almost unchanged;the mild-level poverty areas were mainly distributed in the northwest and central regions of Jiangxi;the moderate-levle poverty areas were scattered in the northwest, southern and central regions of Jiangxi;the high-level poverty regions mainly distributed in the southwest of Jiangxi. The low-value area generally expands from the middle to both sides, and the high-value area generally moves southward.(3)From the perspective of the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the rural poor population in Jiangxi, the global agglomeration characteristics of the rural poverty population in Jiangxi show a significant positive spatial autocorrelation, but the degree of autocorrelation is shrinking year by year.Only a few areas show obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics. The high-high agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in the southwest of Jiangxi;the low-low agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in the Jiangxi administrative center;the low-high agglomeration areas are scattered and have large changes every year.In general, the local Moran index is declining and gradually developing towards spatial randomness.(4)Judging from the characteristics of the movement trajectory of the center of gravity of the rural poor population in Jiangxi, the center of gravity points are distributed in Yongfeng?Jishui and Le'an County of Ji'an,which are adjacent to each other. The center of gravity point is generally shifted to the northeast direction, that is,the high-value area move to the northeast direction.(5)From the perspective of the factors affecting, there is a strong spatial effect on the distribution of rural poor population. The region is not only affected by the mountain environment, roads and government budget expenditures, but also by the spatial effect of the neighborhood. The environment has a significant positive impact on rural poverty, and the level of transportation and government budget expenditure have a negative impact on rural poverty to varying degrees. At the same time, the spatial effect is also an influencing factor. In short,Jiangxi's rural poverty has a wide range and exist large regional differences, and the spatial distribution is uneven. In particular, rural poverty in the southwest of Jiangxi is relatively serious. It is the main distribution area of severe poverty, and there is a strong spatial effect.Generally speaking, mountainous areas, transportation levels, government budgets and spatial effect have different impacts on different poverty areas.
