With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process and the increasing number of new buildings,human living environment and even the living environment have been destroyed,especially the outdoor wind environment has been continuously affected.In recent years,China 's green building technology has been continuously developed.When designing with green building concepts,it is indispensable to perform outdoor wind environment simulations.However,the boundary conditions of the simulation are based on the dominant wind direction and wind speed in different seasons of the typical local meteorological year.When optimizing the building wind environment,designing according to the prevailing wind directions in different seasons and throughout the year can make people have a healthy and comfortable living space,and at the same time can reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.This article mainly analyzes the meteorological data of the three representative cities(Suzhou,Hefei,Tunxi)in Anhui area for the past 30 years(1989-2018),uses the typical meteorological year method,and draws a rose chart to determine each season and the year Dominant wind direction,average wind speed,maximum wind frequency wind direction and average wind speed of the wind direction,and compare with outdoor wind direction,wind speed and frequency parameters in the specification.Secondly,it analyzes the trend of maximum wind frequency and wind speed in each season and the whole year of natural weather year(1989-2018).Finally,the influence of the dominant wind direction in different seasons on the building load is analyzed,and the best building orientation of three different cities is obtained.The load analysis of the buildings under the best orientation is carried out.The results show that:1.There are no quiet winds in all seasons and throughout the year in Suzhou City;the dominant wind directions in summer,transition seasons and the whole year are east(E),and the dominant wind directions are 2.18m/s,2.46m/s and 2.27m/s respectively In winter,the dominant wind direction is northeast and northeast(ENE),and the dominant wind speed is 2.11m/s;the maximum wind frequency and wind direction in each season and the whole year are east and southeast(ESE),northeast and east(ENE),west(W)and northeast and east(ENE)Wind direction,wind frequency values are 13.1%,18.9%,15.0% and 13.7%,and wind speeds are 2.20m/s,2.20m/s,1.60m/s and 2.19m/s,respectively.Compared with the previous 20 years,in the past10 years,the maximum wind frequency in summer and the whole year showed a downward trend,and the change trend of the maximum wind frequency in winter and the transition season was not obvious.In the past 30 years,the changes in summer,winter and transitional monsoon directions were relatively volatile,and the changes in wind direction throughout the year were relatively stable.The annual average wind speed in each season and the whole year showed a downward trend,and the maximum wind frequency showed a downward trend in each season and the whole year.Compared with the norm,the maximum wind frequency and wind direction in summer,winter and the whole year have no change;the average wind speed in summer and winter and the statistical value in the norm are reduced by 18% and32.4% respectively.2.Hefei is a city with a dominant wind direction.In summer,winter,transition season and the whole year,there are still wind frequencies with values of 10.7%,13.3%,14.4% and 13.2%;the maximum wind frequency in summer is Southwest(SSW)and the wind frequency is 9.8%.The wind speed is 1.85m/s;the maximum wind frequency and wind direction in winter,transition season and the whole year are east(E),the wind frequency values are 11.1%,9.8% and 9.9%,and the wind speeds are1.80m/s and 2.60m/s and 2.33m/s,respectively.Compared with the previous 20 years,in the past 10 years,the maximum wind frequency in summer and transition seasons showed a downward trend,and the maximum wind frequency in winter and throughout the year showed an upward trend.In the past 30 years,the seasonal and annual wind direction changes fluctuated greatly.The annual average wind speed showed a downward trend as a whole,the maximum wind frequency showed a downward trend in summer,winter and transitional seasons as a whole,and the maximum wind frequency throughout the year showed an upward trend.Compared with the norm,the maximum wind frequency and wind direction in summer,winter and the whole year have no change;the average wind speed in summer is reduced by45.6% compared with the statistical value in the norm,and the average wind speed in winter is reduced by 40% compared with the statistical value in the norm.3.There is no quiet wind frequency in Tunxi in all seasons and throughout the year;the prevailing wind direction in all seasons and throughout the year is Northeast North(NNE),and the dominant wind direction wind speeds are 1.46m/s,1.39m/s,1.35m/s and 1.39m/s;the maximum wind frequency and direction of each season andthe whole year are Northeast(NE),the wind frequency values are 23.0%,24.4%,26.1% and 24.7%,and the wind speeds are 1.80m/s,1.60m/s,1.75m/s and 1.73m/s,respectively.Compared with the previous 20 years,the maximum wind frequency in all seasons and the whole year of the past 10 years has shown an upward trend;the wind direction in each season and the whole year in the past 30 years has a large fluctuation,and the annual average wind speed and the maximum wind frequency in each season and the whole year Upward trend.Compared with the norms,major changes have occurred,in which the maximum wind frequency and wind direction in summer are shifted clockwise by 157.5 °,and the average wind speed in summer is reduced by 76.7% compared with the statistics in the code;the maximum wind frequency and wind direction in winter and throughout the year are clockwise After a67.5 ° offset,the average winter wind speed is reduced by 77.11% compared with the standard statistics.4.Compared with the cooling and heating load indicators of the Suzhou office complex in the east and the northeast and northeast directions,the cooling and heating load indicators in the east direction are the smallest.The cooling and heating indicators are 129.4W/ m~2 and 65.52W/ m~2,respectively.The best orientation of the buildings in Hefei is east.At this time,the cold and hot indicators of the office complex are 145.69W/m~2 and 57.04W/m~2,respectively.The best building orientation of Tunxi is
