X-ray fluoroscopy detection method can intuitively and clearly characterize the internal structure of the measured object and its morphological defects,which is one of the main methods of non-calculation detection.In the 130 years since X-rays were discovered,X-ray detection technology has been widely used in the fields of safety production,space detection,medical inspection and industrial flaw detection,etc.,for the inspection and evaluation of product quality.With the development of X-ray detection technology,the X-ray system is developing towards miniaturization and portability,and its image processing technology is progressing towards digitalization and diversification.The intelligent recognition technology of the internal defects of the measured object based on the image fusion technology has become an important research direction of non-destructive detection.The portable X-ray multilayer structure internal topography detection system mainly solves the internal topography defect detection problem of comple X-shaped workpieces of the multilayer structure.While simplifying the structure of the traditional X-ray system,it uses image fusion technology to achieve the restoration of details of the multilayer structure..On the system hardware structure,firstly change the high-voltage connection method of the conventional X-ray system,and the integrated integration technology realizes the packaging structure of the ray source and the high-voltage generator,which compresses the volume of the ray source to a certain extent;secondly,on the circuit system,an independently developed PWM-based The high-voltage power supply of the control technology can continuously output at the maximum efficiency under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the system.The total weight of the ray source does not exceed 6kg and the maximum working voltage is 120 k V.In terms of system software development,combined with the characteristics of X-ray imaging,it is optimized.Image processing algorithm,put forward a pseudo dynamic image,quantify the relationship between the ray and the shape of the workpiece,so as to achieve dynamic compensation of the ray image,improve the imaging quality of the system,and verify the system through the system's detection of steel step blocks and cable tension clamps Actual effect.At the end of the design of this thesis,the prototype of the portable X-ray inspection system has been successfully designed,and in cooperation with Jilin Electric Power Design Institute,the actual inspection of the overhead cable tensionclamps can achieve the industry standard.
