X-ray non-destructive testing is an effective method to detect the internal fault conditions of the power equipments.The basic of 3D reconstruction is machine vision.3D model of the equipments is reconstructed by multiple images to reflect the information of three dimensional space.Combining the 3D reconstruction theory and X-ray testing images,3D reconstruction system of electric power fittings is researched.engineering application of X-ray non-destructive testing in power equipments,a 3D reconstruction system for X-ray image non-destructive testing of power equipment is designed.Firstly,base on the X-ray testing images,3D reconstruction algorithm is studied.According to the testing process,a method of calculating X-ray image angles is designed.According to the researches of digital image processing,a correction scheme of X-ray images is designed.A method of 8-neighborhoods traversal tracking base on energy is used to store the contoured coordinates of the images.A matching method of contours based on pixel segmentation is employed to match points.the 3D coordinates of the image points are obtained according to the rotation and translation features of the images.Secondly,according to the algorithm of 3D reconstruction and application of X-ray non-destructive testing,portable equipment of X-ray non-destructive testing is designed,which consists of loading machinery of X-ray machine,loading machinery of imaging plate and attitude measuring device.Horizontal loading,vertical loading and image angle measurement of each X-ray machine can be achieved.The equipment have the features of loading fast,dismounting fast and folding easily,which make it easy to use at the field test.Then,3D reconstruction software for X-ray images is developed.The software includes three modules: module of modeling preprocessing,module of 3D reconstruction and module of model analysis.Man-machine interaction of 3D reconstruction is achieved,which is convenient for technicians to establish 3D model of equipment and perform fault diagnosis and analysis.Finally,the 3D model of the W-7B single-headed hanging plate is established by using the 3D reconstruction system.The feasibility of the 3D reconstruction system is verified.Through the experimental simulation,the model built by the 3D reconstruction system is basically the same in shape and in structure.The errors of critical dimensions are less than 10%,and the reliability of system is certified.The 3D models of electric power fittings can be reconstructed by 3D reconstruction system of electric power fittings base on X-ray testing images.The faults of equipments can be detected intuitively.Meanwhile,it is convenient for operators to test the power equipments on the field test.The 3D reconstruction system of electric power fittings has high practical application value.
