In this paper, the species diversity, correlation with vegetation community, floristic diversity(dominant family analysis, geographical composition distribution)of Macrofungi in Micangshan National Nature Reserve were studied, and the resources of Macrofungi in Micangshan Nature Reserve were evaluated. The results of this study are as follows:(1)Species diversity: The species diversity of Macrofungi in the Micangshan Nature Reserve is very rich.A total of more than 1132 specimens were collected from the investigation, and 276 species of large-scale fungi were identified, including 275 species of large-scale fungi, belonging to 2 families,5 classes,18 orders,58 families,128 genera, and 1 species of slime mold. And catalog the species diversity of large fungi in Micangshan Nature Reserve.(2)Flora diversity: From the perspective of fauna composition, there are 9 dominant families(? 10 species),including 135 species of 57 genera, accounting for 48.91% of the total species, and 44.19% of the total genera, accounting for families Number 15.25%.Sorted by dominance,Russulaceae,Boletaceae,Polyporaceae,Amanitaceae,Tricholomataceae,Agaricaceae,Marasmiaceae,Cortinariaceae,Hymenochaetaceae. The flora components of the genus Macromycetes in the Micangshan Nature Reserve are mainly in the world(62.50%),and the distribution in the northern temperate zone is more significant(22.66%).The flora components of the genus are related to the Tangjiahe Nature Reserve,Wolong Nature Reserve,Ma'anshan Nature Reserve and Caopo Nature Reserve have higher similarity coefficients(similarity> 40.00%),while the similarities with Baihe Nature Reserve and Bejiao Nature Reserve are 33.51% and 35.07%,respectively.(3)Correlation between Macrofungi and plant communities: the relationship between the types, quantity, diversity and vegetation types of Macrofungi divides the vegetation types into community ?(shrubs and lawns),community ?(coniferous forest),and community ?(Broad-leaved forest),community ?(coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest),the analysis of the data is calculated according to the diversity index D and H,community ? has the most abundant Macrofungi species, and the largest number, followed by community ?> community ? > Community ?.(4)Resource evaluation: There are 102 edible fungi in the Micangshan Nature Reserve, accounting for 36.96% of the total survey;18 medicinal fungi,6.52% of thetotal survey;23 kinds of toadstools,8.33% of the total survey; There are 6 kinds of bacteria for food and medicine, accounting for 2.17% of the total number of investigations;89 kinds of food poisoning are unknown, accounting for 32.25% of the total number of investigations.Another 38 species have not been reported. The edible and medicinal fungi found in the investigation of protected areas are abundant, totaling 126 species, reaching 45.65% of the total investigation. Some food and medicinal fungi in Micangshan Nature Reserve have great development value.
