This paper makes a preliminary investigation on the macromycetes in the National Nature Reserve of Wolong,Wenchuan County in Sichuan.Firstly,the analysis and research are carried out from these three angles,the fungal species diversity?regional diversity of natural reserves with similar altitudes in the same province and relationship between macromycetes and different vegetation types in this area.Fungal species diversity: by querying the mountain,valley,gully,and other areas with tagged names on the map of this region,collected the sample in the way of sampling,1197 samples of specimens of macromycetes were collected,680 of them were identified,Subordinate to 442 species belonging to 123 genera of 60 families,5 new records of Sichuan Province,according to ?Dictionary of The Fungi?Tenth edition system and at the same time referring to the ?modern mycology classification system? to compile the list of macrofungi species diversity.Regional species diversity: The regional diversity of the large fungi in the Wolong Nature Reserve of Sichuan province is very plentiful.There are 4 families with more than 25 species,Respectively Hygrophoraceae,Polyporaceae,Tricholomataceae,Russulaceae,amount to 145 species.Proportion of the total 32.81%,account for the total number of subjects 6.56%.There are 15 genera with more than 10 species,Respectively Hygrophorus,Russula,Clitocybe,Tricholoma,Psathyrella,Lactarius,Amanita,Coltricia,Entoloma,Mycena,Marasmius,Cortinarius,Suillus,Inocybe,Pholiota,a total of 220 species.Occupying a total number of purposes 49.77%,Take up the genus total 12.20%.Compared with the macromycetes in the chestson Ping Nature Reserve,Ya'an,Sichuan.The similarity between the two places was found to reach 44.34% after calculating by relation formula of relationship degree.It shows that the relationship between the two places is very close.Species ?species quantity and diversity of macromycetes and the analysis of the relationship between vegetation types: by dividing the vegetation types of the whole natural reserve into Type I(shrubs and turf),type II(broadleaf forest),type III(coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest)type IV(coniferous forest),Based on the calculation o f the diversity index D and H,the diversity of the macromycetes is arranged from large to small Type IV > type III > type II > type I.After statistics,we find that More than 198 species of edible macromycetes in the reserve,up to 44.80% of the total,a large number of domesticated macromycetes,such as Cordyceps militaris,Pleurotus ostreatus,Auricularia auricula,and Hericium erinaceus,which are widely distributed,more than 80 species of them with medicinal value,occupy 18.04% of the total.There are 55 kinds of them with anticancer value,occupy 12.25% of the total,the fungus with high medicinal value,such as Ganoderma lucidum,Hericium erinaceus and so on.Wood rot fungus are sum to 145 species,occupy 32.81% of the total.Ectomycorrhizal fungus are amount to 107 kinds,Occupy 24.21% of the total.
