With the development and diversified application of various food additives,nutrient substitutes and new production methods,new food safety problems are emerging,which makes the use of scientific methods and modern information technology for food safety research into one of important topics in human development.Infant formula milk powder,as a kind of necessary food for children,whose quality has a great impact on children's body,has always been the focus of all sectors of society and even the state.In order to improve food safety,food sampling is often used to predict the risk of enterprise food,and the study of food risk prediction is helpful to improve the detection rate of unqualified food.There are many existing risk prediction methods,such as analytic hierarchy process and improved analytic hierarchy process,but most of them are limited to the comparison between two risk factors,which are greatly influenced by subjective factors.Based on this,this paper combines Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Grey correlation method,and calculates the enterprise food risk value through weight calculation,expert posterior weight adjustment and other steps,which overcomes the tedious and subjective problems in the process of comparing the two risk factors.Secondly,in the static sampling model based on the static risk factors,the results of the previous sampling of the production enterprises are added as the dynamic factors to optimize the static model and get the dynamic sampling model.This model can adjust the sampling rate of enterprises in real time according to the actual situation of sampling inspection.Through experiments,the average detection rate of dynamic sampling model is improved by 32.81% and 12% respectively compared with the simple random sampling model and the static sampling model based on improved AHP in this paper.Based on the dynamic sampling model,this paper finally constructs the detection system of infant formula milk powder,which realizes the functions of sampling,system inspection,information input and result view of announcement,and visual analysis and display of detection data.The sampling model and inspection system can provide the inspection organization with the sampling rate of the production enterprise in the sampling period dynamically when the sampling information is input.Through the reasonable distribution of sampling batches,this not only can improve the efficiency of sampling,reduce the cost of human and material resources,but also can stimulate the standardization of production process and product health of production enterprises,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
