Under the comprehensive effects of environmental filtering, dispersal limitation and interspecific interaction, species in the large-scale spatial species pool enters into the small-scale space and forms a community, which is called community assembly mechanisms. It is of great significance to study the community assembly mechanisms for species coexistence and biodiversity maintenance. At present, the main research method is to inverse the process of community assembly mechanisms through the result of species distribution pattern of community.Metacommunity theory is a supplement to niche theory and neutral theory.Different spatial scales are linked to form a habitat-local-region system, then biodiversity, species distribution pattern and community assembly mechanisms are studied.Coleoptera,as a biological indicator in the ecosystem, plays an important role in energy flow and material circulation, and has a very high species richness. It has been widely studied in phylogeny and Evolutionary Biology. In this study, the sample plots were set up in the Liangshui National Nature Reserve,to analyze the biodiversity characteristics and species distribution patterns of the surface Coleoptera adult communities at the habitat scale and the local scale. The contribution of environmental filtering, and interspecific competition to the community assembly mechanisms was discussed. The results showed that under the habitat scale,Carabidae and burying family were dominant groups.community in Pinus koraiensis show a random pattern, others are checkerboard pattern.Coleoptera adult community shows a random pattern at locality scale.Environmental filtering is the main factor affecting the community assembly mechanisms of Coleoptera adults in Liangshui Nature Reserve.Provide theoretical basis for the construction mechanism of soil animal community.
