Luxury goods are an important part of the high-end retail industry,which has an important and far-reaching impact on the urban social and economic development.There is a huge contradiction between China's luxury consumer demand and the production and supply of luxury goods.Based on Chinese and foreign luxury retail POI big data,the use of kernel density estimation,average nearest neighbor,multi-distance spatial clustering analysis,average center,and direction distribution to China's typical cities in China and foreign luxury retail points spatial density distribution,spatial agglomeration characteristics and expansion trends research.Multiple stepwise regression and fuzzy overlapping analysis methods are used to comprehensively explore the influencing factors of the spatial distribution pattern of luxury goods at home and abroad,and to make a comprehensive and appropriate division of luxury retail locations.It provides reference significance for the location of Chinese luxury brands and provides reference for the government's retail space planning and rational resource allocation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The high density of Chinese and foreign luxury retail points nationwide is mainly distributed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the Yangtze River Delta region,followed by the Chengdu-Chongqing region,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River region,and Zhengzhou and Zhongzhou in the Central Plains region.Xi'an in the Guanzhong Plain.The high-value gap between Chinese and foreign brands' nuclear density corresponding to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Beijing,Shanghai,Chengdu,Wuhan,and Wuxi cities has narrowed as the city's administrative level decreases.The distribution of foreign brands is usually small and mainly concentrated in the main urban areas.Its high density value is usually several times higher than that of Chinese brands.Chinese brands generally have obvious clusters in the main urban area but their density values are relatively low,but the total number of cores is usually more than foreign brands,and the distribution is relatively wide and average.(2)The Chinese and foreign luxury retail outlets in all cities have a clustering pattern in the overall spatial distribution.The local clustering peak of foreign luxury retail outlets is greater,indicating that the local clustering phenomenon of foreign luxury retail outlets is more significant,more concentrated in the main urban area than Chinese luxury brands,and in a shorter distance circle Gathered within the floor,the attraction between retail outlets is greater.The trend of Chinese luxury retail expansion is related to the overall shape of the city,while the trend of foreign luxury retail expansion is closely related to the structure of the city 's main urban area.Overall,the distribution of standard deviation ellipses corresponding to Chinese luxury brands is wider than that of foreign brands.(3)Banks,shopping malls,and five-star hotels have a greater global influence on the distribution of Chinese luxury retail outlets in various cities,while shopping malls,five-star hotels,and star-rated hotels have an overall influence on foreign luxury retail outlets.The distribution of Chinese and foreign luxury retail outlets in cities is less affected by resorts,villas,and high-speed rail stations.In the analysis of the spatial differences of influencing factors,shopping malls,five-star hotels,and bank office buildings are the main reasons that affect the distribution of luxury retail space at home and abroad in various cities.Other transportation factors and infrastructure factors have differences in the distribution of luxury retail in cities Sex,but the retail distribution of luxury goods is less affected by airport and resort factors.Compared with foreign brands,the layout of Chinese luxury retail outlets is still more affected by various factors,and it is significantly affected in many urban areas.(4)Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Beijing,Shanghai,Chengdu,Wuhan and Wuxi 's outer areas account for more than 80%,which is the region with the largest proportion in the analysis of the location of corresponding luxury retail stores The proportion of the core area of site selection is less than 3% of the total area of the city,indicating that there are few suitablelocations for luxury retail sites.Retail site layout is generally distributed in urban areas with high traffic volume,convenient transportation,more developed commercial economy,and better comprehensive resource allocation,and is closely related to the city's structure and planning,as well as the status of luxury retail distribution.
