As a functional assemblage of microbes,Microbiome plays critical role in environment and lives of multicellular organisms.Animal intestinal microbiome is influenced by environmental factors.Soil as an important gathering place for microbe in the environment, whether have an impact on the livestock intestinal microbiome, which is worthy to explore.Applying metagenomics sequencing technology, this study made a comprehensive research on livestock intestinal microbiome and soil microbiome diversity of Hongyuan and Xilingol. The main results are as follows:The study on the intestinal microbiome of cattle, goats and horses in xilingol region showed that the intestinal of cattle, goats, and horses were dominated by Euryarchaeota,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria in the same environment. However,at genus level, livestock intestinal microbiome structures of goats, cattle and horses were different. The intestinal microbiome structure of cattle and goats were relatively similar, which are also ruminants. The relative abundance of Parabacteroides,Alistipes,Oscillibacter in cattle and goats intestinal were significantly higher than horses intestinal(P<0.05),but Subdoligranulum was significantly higher in horses intestinal.Habitat soil microbiome had different affected on intestinal microbiome of cattle, goats and horses, but Geodermatophilaceae,Massilia,Actinoplanes, and Sphingobium in the soil significantly impacted intestinal microbiome of all livestock(P<0.05).The study on the intestinal microbiome of cattle in Hongyuan region showed that the intestinal of cattle were dominated by Euryarchaeota,Firmicutes,Bacteroides, and Proteobacteria,At genus level,Methanobrevibacter,Peptostreptococcaceae,Bacteroides,Escherichia,Alistipes were the dominant microbe. The soil microbiome of Actinoplanes,Massilia,Pedobacter,Pseudomonas and others significantly impacted cattle intestinal microbiome(P<0.05).Through comparison,it was found that the microbiome structure and diversity of cattle intestinal in different regions were different, and the microbiome of cattle intestinal in Xilingol had higher diversity;the structure and diversity of soil microbiome in different regions were also different, and the soil microbiome in Xilingol had higher diversity. It shows that the environment plays an important role in the diversity of livestock intestinal and soil microbiome.By comparing the differences in the effects of soil microbiome on cattle intestinal microbiome in different regions,it was found that there were significant differences in the types of microbe species that were significantly related to soil microbiome and cattle intestinal microbiome in different regions.Only Bacillus in cattle intestinal microbiome was found to be significantly correlation of Polaromonas in the soil from Xilingol and Hongyuan, but it had negative correlation in Hongyuan and positive correlation in Xilingol(P<0.05).This also indicated that soil microbiome will have an impact on the intestinal microbiome of habitat livestock. However,in order to adapt to different environmental conditions, the interaction between soil microbiome and animal intestinal microbiome is quite different.Based on the analysis of livestock intestinal and soil microbiome diversity in different regions, this study explored the correlation between soil microbiome and livestock intestinal microbiome, only found a weak correlation between the two,and the correlation also has large inter-species differences and regional differences,so further exploration is still needed. This study has laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research to improve the livestock breeding environment.
