Human energy metabolism is a complex biological process.If disturbed by external factors,it will change the normal values of the three major nutrients to maintain energy,which may damage human health.The evolution of this problem can be understood theoretically by using the mathematical model.The main works are as followsFirst of all,according to the law of numerical changes of three major nutrients and biological principles during weight loss,the energy metabolic regulation model of the body in the process of weight loss with certainty is established,and the change trend of the model solution is qualitatively analyzed by using the theory of time-varying differential equation.According to the normal values of three major nutrients and ketone body,the sufficient conditions for safe weight loss under three deterministic weight loss modes of fasting,exercise and medicine are gave respectively.Combined with the actual data,the numerical analysis method is used to identify the model parameters,the feasible range and simulation curve of the three nutrients and ketones in terms of three ways of weight loss are gave respectively.In addition,the unsafe factors are analyzed in the process of weight loss,and the weight loss suggestions beneficial to the health of the body are gave.Secondly,considering the randomness of human behavior during weight loss,i.e.intake diet and drug uncertainty,the energy metabolism regulation models with uncertain intake diet and weight loss drugs are established respectively.The asymptotic properties of the model solutions are studied by using the theory of stochastic differential equation.The effects of metabolic disturbance on health and weight loss are simulated under two uncertain weight loss modes,and some suggestions for weight reduction are given.Finally,considering that exercise can improve the metabolism system of human body,a mathematical model of exercise-regulated insulin system is established forthe process of insulin treatment of type ? diabetes,and the durability of the model solution is discussed by using the comparison theorem.The change trends of blood glucose and insulin under different exercise conditions are simulated.It was found that exercise is helpful to reduce blood glucose,which provided a reasonable reference plan for the treatment of type ? diabetes.
