Perilla is an important economic crop with research and development value.The resources of Perilla in China are rich,distributed all over the country,and have strong adaptability.It is a very wide range of resources.The climate and soil conditions of each region in China are quite different,and perilla shows different characteristics.In order to select the suitable perilla for Harbin climate conditions,and reasonably utilize and develop the resources of perilla,one of the seven geographical regions in China is selected as the source of Perilla species,They are Heilongjiang(HLJ)in Northeast China,Gansu(GS)in Northwest China,Henan(HN)in Central China,Anhui(AH)in East China,Yunnan(YN)in Southwest China,Guangdong(GD)in South China and Hebei(HB)in North China.In this study,by comparing the growth characteristics,chlorophyll and anthocyanin content changes,photosynthetic characteristics of Perilla in different provenances,the growth adaptation of Perilla in different provenances was analyzed,which provided theoretical basis for introduction in Hei longjiang,The research results are as follows:To study the growth of Perilla in different provenances and analyze its adaptability.The results show that,The growth period of Perilla frutescens in Heilongjiang provenance is the shortest,the earliest mature and the content of anthocyanin is low.The leaves of Perilla in Hebei provenance are double-sided purple with the most anthocyanins.The anthocyanin content of Yunnan provenance is low,there is no flowering and seed setting,and the number of leaves is the most,so it can be used as perilla for leaves.The stem of Perilla in Gansu provenance is thick and hard to fall.The growth periods of Anhui,Henan,Guangdong and Gansu are similar,and the leaves are larger and thicker,which can be used as a dual-purpose perilla.The content of anthocyanins in perilla leaves was the highest in the early period of plant growth in May and September,and the lowest in July.The anthocyanin content is mainly affected by climate,soil temperature,rainfall,temperature difference and solar radiation.Chlorophyll content was the lowest in May,the highest in August or September,and the lowest in October.The content of chlorophyll is mainly affected by the monthly average of air humidity and solar radiation.Analysis of leaf characteristics,coefficient of variation and correlation of perilla from different provenances.The results show that,The leaf area of perilla in Anhui provenance is the largest(147.70cm2),and the area of Yunnan provenance is the smallest(71.50cm2),the average coefficient of variation of leaf traits is 3.67%?12.00%;It shows that the leaf traits of Perilla from different provenances vary significantly,among which the coefficient of variation of the leaf area is the largest and the range of variation is the widest;The specific leaf area value of Henan provenances is the largest(551.54cm2/g),and the adaptability is stronger than other provenances;the 9 traits of leaves can be integrated into 2 principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.52%.Study the photosynthetic characteristics of perilla from different provenances.The results show that the dynamic change trend of net photosynthetic rate of perilla in seven provenances are all single-peak curves.The peaks in Guangdong,Henan,Yunnan and Anhui appear in June,and the peaks in Heilongjiang,Gansu and Hebei appear in July.Photosynthesis parameters reflect the plant's photosynthetic capacity and adaptability to the environment.The photosynthetic rate of Guangdong provenances is the largest,and the photosynthetic ability is stronger than other provenances.The light saturation point and light compensation point of perilla in different provenances are different,reflecting the different adaptability to light.Yunnan provenances can grow well under strong or weak light;the ability of Heilongjiang to use weak light Strong,negative tolerance;Hebei and Henan provenances have less adaptability under low light,and should be planted in places with relatively high light intensity,and Gansu provenances should be planted in environments with suitable light conditions;Guangdong,Anhui The ability to use strong light is strong,and it can grow better in places with strong light.The anatomical structure and leaf stomata of the perilla leaves in the seven producing areas are different.The results show that the upper epidermal layer of Guangdong leaves and the lower epidermis of Henan have thicker water-controlling ability.Guangdong has the largest stomatal density.Compared with other regions,photosynthesis is stronger and has a better ability to reduce heat.Anhui has larger stomata,its transpiration rate is faster,and it will lose more water,which indicates that the resistance of the perilla in Anhui is weaker than that of other.Guangdong has the largest ratio of fence tissue to sponge tissue,and has higher drought resistance compared to other production areas.
