Memristor is a nonlinear resistor with memory.Fractional calculus is suitable for describing nonlinear characteristics.In recent years,researchers have constructed a fractional-order mathematical model of memristor,and studied the characteristics of the model.The fractional model of memristor can describe the nonlinear characteristics of memristor better,so it has a great significance in research and application.Based on the analysis of the existing memristor models,a fractional mathematical model of memristor with nonlinear window function is proposed.Numerical simulations are conducted to verify the validity of the model,and the effects of the control parameters,the fractional order and the frequency of the excitation signal on time domain and frequency domain characteristics of the model are studied.In addition,the existing integer order SPICE models of memristor are introduced in detail,and a fractional SPICE model of memristor is presented.The influence of the control parameters of window function and the fractional order on the time domain response characteristics of the SPICE model is studied,and the experimental results show that the model can correctly describe the characteristics of memristor.Meanwhile,a simple application of the fractional-order SPICE model in the field of circuit is studied,and the influence of fractional order,control parameters of window function,capacitance and inductance on the characteristics of R_mC series,R_m L series and R_mCL parallel circuits are analysied especially.These results will apply guides for researching characteristics of memristor in circuit applications.
