Nowadays, the Artificial Intelligence is an extremely popular field, which is one of the most basic component is the dynastic system of neural networks, hence the stability and synchronization of fractional-order is a significant study in this time.At present, there are a lot of major breakthrough by the researchers from home and aboard.By employing the discontinuous dynamical system theory, the Lyapunov method, the Mittag-Leffler function method, nonsmooth analysis and fractional-order inequality, the problems of stability and synchronization of fractional-order memristor-based neural networks with fractional order ? belong to(27)(27)10 ? can be solved. In addition, three numerical examples are elaborated to substantiate the efficacy and characteristics of the theoretical results. The reminder of this paper is organized as follows:In the first charter, there are some information would be given which related the background of research, fundamentality of model what we studied in this paper, and including the purpose why we investigated this field as well. The second chapter, the most basic knowledge of neural networks of dynamic system is about the geometrical the geometrical properties of activation functions, algebraic properties of nonsingular M-matrix and several sufficient conditions, which can help us to gain a significance and expected result based on the model of we studied. And there is a one numerical evaluation to prove the result which we obtained in the last part of this chapter as wellThe third chapter, the most basic knowledge is about the theories of differential inclusions, nonsmooth analysis and a fractional-order inequality and several sufficient condition, which can help us to gain several significance and expected results based on the model of we studied,as well as two numerical evaluation to test the result which we obtained in the last part of this chapter. The last chapter,we did a few of summarize, and there are account of viewpoint which refer to this field would be given.
