Nowadays,with our country's attention to marine development,the utilization of marine resources has been paid more and more attention.At the same time,the times of underwater operation have increased.Underwater machinery can solve several underwater operation tasks.Hoerver,due to its low precision,high cost and limited volume,divers still need to enter the water to complete the tasks.An underwater portable walkie-talkie can realize the information exchange between divers and the ground or other divers,.It can also ensure divers' personal safety and the normal advance of the underwater operation.A portable underwater walkie-talkie has been designed which can perform close-range underwater voice communication through digital communication algorithms.This paper introduces the realization process of underwater walkie-talkie system from three aspects:system design,hardware circuit design and communication system implementation.In terms of system design,the article introduces the design of the underwater walkie-talkie system structure and the planning of the system flow,.The article expound the calculation process of technical indicators.The hardware structure of the system was designed,and the appropriate digital signal processor and voice compression chip were selected according to the work requirements.The system power supply scheme was also determined.According to the actual communication requirements of the system,MFSK is selected as the communication algorithm,.And MFSK is implemented by the fast Fourier transform method,which reduces the calculation amount of the algorithm and improves the system's ability to resist multi-path interference.In terms of hardware circuit design,the parameter calculation,device selection and circuit schematic design of each part of the hardware circuit are completed.The voice compression circuit is built by using the MA24126 voice compression chip,which reduces the requirement of the communication speed of the entire communication system.In the aspect of communication system implementation,the main program of the system is built,and the transmitting and receiving state judgment program,transmitting program and receiving program is designed.The system data transmission module and the voice acquisition compression module are configured.At the same time,the manner of voice compression frame's extraction and reconstruction as well as the transmission frame structure and synchronization method is determined.Finally,each hardware circuit of the system is tested to ensure that all parts of the circuit work normally.At the same time,the pool experiment was carried out to test the actual effect of voice communication.In conclusion,the communication performance of the underwater walkie-talkie has been preliminarily verified.
