In order to better explore the influence of the stubble pattern on the growth status of the seabuckthorn root system, and provide scientific basis for vegetation restoration and ecological environment construction in the sandstone area.In this paper, the artificial seabuckthorn forest land with a tree age of 13a in Zhungeer Banner is used as the research object.Dynamic root monitoring of seabuckthorn fine roots in 0-100cm soil layer is carried out using the micro-root canal method.Root sequence diameter, root length, existing amount of fine roots, growth and death rate were measured;neutron moisture analyzer was used to survey the moisture content of the soil layer within 0-100cm.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of fine roots and soil moisture content of sea buckthorn was performed.(1)Root sequence changes of fine roots of seabuckthorn:With the increase of root sequence levels, the length of the root sequence of seabuckthorn gradually decreases and the diameter gradually increases. The diameter of other root sequences increased compared with the control. However, the root sequence length of grade 1-3 was higher than that of the control group, and the root sequence length of grade 4-5 was slightly lower than the control.(2)Spatial distribution of seabuckthorn fine roots:The spatial distribution of seabuckthorn gradually decreases with the deepening of the soil layer, whether or not flat stubble, and the fine roots of seabuckthorn are mainly distributed in the 0-30 cm soil layer And the fine roots of Hippophae rhamnoides were not only distributed in the 0-3 0cm soil layer than the control after stubble, but also the distribution of fine roots was significantly increased in the 60-100cm soil layer compared with the control group. These growth parameters were better than those of the control group.(3)Dynamic changes in the growth of fine roots of seabuckthorn:In the stubble and control groups, the growth parameters of fine roots of seabuckthorn showed a unimodal dynamic change throughout the growing season from April to October,of which:the existing amount and growth rate showed a rise first The trend of further reduction is that the existing amount reaches its peak in August, and the growth rate reaches its peak in July;the death rate gradually increases with time;the ratio of life and death gradually decreases with time, and the growth parameters of seabuckthorn after stubble Both were larger than the control group.(4)The relationship between the characteristics of seabuckthorn roots and soil water content:In spatial distribution, the soil water content of the flat stubble group and the control group increased with the increase of soil depth, the maximum value was in the 60-100cm soil layer, and the flat stubble group It was 10.33%,and the control group was 9.51%.The water content of the flat stubble group increased by 0.82%compared with the control group, and the water content of the flat stubble group in the 0-45cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of the control group. The soil moisture content of the stubble and the control group showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing with time, and gradually increased after reaching the minimum value in June. The soil water content of Hippophae rhamnoides was lower than that of the control group in both spatial and temporal distribution.
