This study provided fertilizer(CK,fertilizer blending 200 kg hm'2),no fat(WF,blending fertilizer 0 kg hm'2),fertilizer+synergist(HZ,CK+synergist 20 kg hm-2),straw+fertilizer organic fertilizer(JYH straw 7500 kg hm-2+organic fertilizer 30000 kg hm'2+CK),organic manure straw+synergist fertilizer(JYHZ,JYH+synergist 20 kg hm-2)5 treated with field experiment was to study the straw,organic fertilizer,inorganic nitrogen content,hydrolase activity,fertilizers and soybean yield of black soil water content of synergist,and component factors.The results showed that:1.Soybean Seedling(VE)prolonged drought,branching stage(V6)under continuous rainfall conditions,each process 0?20 cm soil moisture did not produce a significant effect,but JYH,JYHZ process may lead to 20-40 cm layer was significantly increased;of R2 to R8,WF,HZ processing layer significantly higher JYH,JYHZ process,straw,organic manure obvious disadvantage in maintaining topsoil moisture.2.Soybean Growth early(VE,V6,R2)CKmWFmHZ processing NH4+-N than JYH,JYHZ process,R8 of the JYH,JYHZ was significantly higher than other treatments.To R8 of VE,straw,organic manure can significantly improve soil NO3--N content,synergists can be reduced to varying degrees of soil NO3--N concentration.3.V6 period,JYH,JYHZ process 0?40 cm soil layer urease activity significantly higher than CK,WF,HZ,fertilizer synergist can significantly improve the urease activity of soybean V6,improved nitrogen use efficiency;synergist process may significantly increased seed filling stage,mature soil invertase activity;straw,organic fertilizer could increase soil invertase activity late soybean growth.4.JYH,JYHZ processing biomass and grain yield increase 4.72%compared with CK,3.78%and 6.08%,4.72%,and the total number of pods biological yield,total grain number,node number,plant height was negatively correlated,but not significant.The study provides a scientific basis for the improvement of black soil plow layer structure,reducing the risk of contamination of surface chemical fertilizer source.
