With the development of science and technology,the demand for scientific research in marine related fields continues to grow,however,the development of marine equipment is an important measure to support related scientific research.At present,there are two main approaches to study marine ecological environment and climate change:on-site scientific investigation and laboratory simulation experiments.Under this background,it is very effective to construct a Marine Ecosystem Experimental Chamber System(MECS)with controllable parameters.This paper focuses on the temperature control problem of Mini-MECS,and mainly introduces the temperature control method of large water bodies.By analyzing the research status at home and abroad,it refers to the deficiency of this method at the stage of emergence,that is,the temperature data is small and the field model is accurate insufficient degree,which leads to large errors,leads to the research content of this paper,that is,by studying the temperature field and temperature control algorithm,to achieve Mini-MECS temperature control.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First,introduce the Mini-MECS device,including its composition,structure and working principle,and design its temperature measurement and control system on this basis,including temperature field detection mechanical structure,water body temperature field detection system and water temperature control system;Second,the establishment of Mini-MECS Mathematical model of temperature field,including basic model and boundary conditions,and built a temperature field simulation model in ANSYS;Third,using fuzzy PID control algorithm,established a set of temperature control algorithm suitable for Mini-MECS,and built in Matlab Fuzzy PID control model;Finally,in the Simulink simulation environment of Matlab,the Mini-MECS temperature control simulation is realized.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the temperature field model and the control algorithm.
