According to the latest data released by the China Internet Network Information Center,the number of Internet users in China is currently 854 million.The proportion of Internet users accessing the Internet through mobile phones is 99.1%,and the Internet access threshold is further reduced.At the same time,with the development and popularization of social media and social networking sites,the problem of unpredictable communication of Internet rumors is becoming more and more serious.Coupled with the large number of Internet users,the complexity of information and the rapid spread of communication,the spreading of rumors is more complicated and difficult to control.The current situation of rumor communication has also aroused the attention of government regulatory authorities on network public opinion issues and has become a key research area in complex networks.This paper adopts the ACP method in complex system research,including artificial system,computational experiment and parallel execution,to provide an effective solution for complex network rumor propagation controlling problems.Combining the characteristics of network rumors,by analyzing the social attributes,psychological attributes and behavioral decisions of netizens,the influence of rumors and the influence of media belief on rumors,based on the network rumor propagation model and Agent behavior modeling,the artificial system of network rumor communication is constructed.According to the official data information and actual research data,determine the research plan;design the experimental process in the Python platform,simulate the various conditions of the rumor propagation by adjusting the experimental parameters;apply the data in the real social network to the artificial society To realize the parallel execution and dynamic connection between the artificial system and the actual system,and to test and improve the effectiveness of the strategy of controlling network rumors.The rumor spreading and controlling system based on ACP method can accurately simulate the evolution trend of netizens' propaganda behavior,analyze the cognition and behavior preference of netizens,and determine the dynamic changes of each data in the simulation process.The experimental results show that the size of the Internet users in the artificial system,the government media,and the confidence of the entertainment media have obvious effects on the different stages of communication.Therefore,in the real social network,by properly regulating the content of online topics published by netizens with a large number of fans or friends,it is possible to effectively control the spread and spread of previous rumors,stop rumors at the source,and greatly reduce social influence;During the outbreak period and the extinction period,netizens are highly convinced of the government's official website or Weibo,and the content of entertainment media is relatively vague.Social entertainment media will influence the correct judgment of netizens and accelerate the spread of rumors.At this time,it is possible to effectively control the spread of rumors by publishing rumors in the official media of the government,especially during the outbreak period.Based on the research and evolution trend of the existing network rumor communication cases,the accuracy of the artificial society established in this paper is verified by the parallel execution process.The results show that the research model of this paper can better fit the existing actual data and research results,successfully predict the evolution trend of rumor propagation,and reasonably verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the solution to control rumor communication.The application of ACP method in the field of rumor propagation control lays a theoretical foundation for its systematic research.
