With the advent of The Age of Industry 4.0,the manufacturing industry has been transformed and upgraded to better meet the diversified needs of the fierce market competition environment,and multi-variety,small-volume mixed-flow production has gradually become an important mode of production of manufacturing enterprises.Balanced production characterized by multi-species and small batch,as an important means to adapt production to changes in market demand,can be adjusted to the production,the free combination of products,improve the flexibility of production and thus rapidly cope with changes in demand.At the same time in the production process,production and material distribution is a good logistics,as an important part of the production system of material distribution,is an important factor affecting production,product quality,production efficiency,etc.have an important impact,Therefore,keeping the production and distribution synchronization of offline material supply is an important guarantee for the production stability of the production line of the enterprise workshop.Based on the production workshop of manufacturing enterprises,this paper studies the collaborative optimization of balanced production and material synchronous distribution from the point of view of constructing a balanced production system and ensuring the synchronous distribution of materials on this basis.By constructing the production line of the production workshop of the example enterprise,guiding the synchronous distribution of materials in the order of production line of the production line equilibrium production,optimizing the material distribution system,making the production line of the workshop production line equalize production at the same time to achieve the synchronous distribution of the materials offline,so as to ensure the production stability of the production line.Using mathematical modeling method and computer simulation method,using model and simulation software to optimize the production plan analysis,comprehensive actual production status quo,to obtain the optimization distribution scheme,guide the enterprise production at the same time with example scheme to verify the feasibility of research.First of all,the production workshop of the manufacturing enterprise is studied,the workshop is balanced production system,the material is classified by ABC classification method,the material is distributed by different distribution methods,the material is classified to manage the distribution,the material management is strengthened,and the material distribution level is improved.Clarify the basis and method of obtaining production information,make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the key issues of the balanced production system,study and analyze the synchronous distribution of production materials in the workshop based on balanced production,and use the regularity of balanced production to convert the uncertainty factors of the production of materials in the workshop into controllable variables,so as to improve the controllability of the material distribution system.Reduce the complexity of material distribution scheduling problems.Secondly,based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of balanced production,the quantitative criteria for determining material distribution quantity and timing of distribution are determined,the distribution time constraints are considered,the cost of material distribution in the workshop is minimized,the VRPTW material distribution model under balanced production conditions is constructed,and the model design algorithm is solved.The simulation analysis of material distribution problems is analyzed by model.Finally,taking the actual enterprise workshop production system as an example,the current production system of the enterprise workshop is analyzed,the problems of the system are optimized and improved by lean production idea,the production system is constructed,and the VRPTW distribution model is based on VRPTW.Using MATLAB software,the balanced material distribution system after optimization and improvement of the enterprise workshop is used to carry out simulation research,combine the current situation of the enterprise to consider the actual production situation,the simulation scheme is selected,and the optimization scheme is obtained.The feasibility of the article is verified by the analysis of the example enterprise,and it provides guidance for optimizing the production system,reducing the production cost and improving the efficiency of material distribution.
