Nowadays, using existing groundwater software to solve groundwater modeling issue is more complex, and show stereo an intuitive enough. With the development of computer technology and numerical simulation of groundwater, groundwater modeling software development we use mathematical class system possible. This paper systematically elaborated, using MATLAB graphical user interface (GUI) development of groundwater modeling system, and integrated the RBF collocation method and finite element method to calculate the groundwater modeling problems.First, the starting point to from program design and development general development plan, and feasibility, development environment for program development and evaluation function forecasts using MATLAB GUI platform provided by the feasibility of development of groundwater modeling system.Secondly, describes basic principles of program development, understand the algorithm behind the MATLAB GUI window, the program. In the development of programs, chose two main algorithms as basic study on groundwater model algorithm and a RBF collocation method, the other is the finite element method, developed with MATLAB simulation of groundwater systems theories.Once again, consider the groundwater model as an example of a complex, to develop a detailed program development plans, design sketches, building graphical user interface, set the control buttons and menus, programming and debugging. In this article, the use of RBF collocation method and finite element method to study two-dimensional steady flow of underground water in front of the groundwater groundwater, develop visualization of groundwater through the GUI window, verify that the program can run smoothly.Finally, run the program developed, using examples to test the program, analysis and evaluation of the results, summed up the functionality of the program characteristics and main research achievements and shortcomings. Shortcomings, in the subsequent development of continuous improvement.
