As a special production system,the production system of explosives such as ammunition and other military products has the highest priority for safety and reliability.At the same time,on the premise of ensuring safety and reliability,it is necessary to improve the performance of the production system as much as possible.Accurate performance evaluation methods and effective continuous improvement methods are essential to improve production system performance and management level.The study of these methods can help enterprise engineers and management personnel to predict the real-time performance of the production system used with high accuracy and use Adjust the control of the production process in real time.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the production system performance analysis methods under the safety constraints for the continuous improvement and lean design of such special systems for explosive production.Based on the performance analysis methods and theories of general production systems,this paper discusses the performance analysis methods of special production systems with safety requirements such as explosives production systems,and simulates and verifies them with examples of bullet disassembly production systems.The main research contents of this article include:1.Elaborated and studied the method of establishing mathematical model of production system.Abstracts the production unit in the production system as a machine,and the material storage and transportation equipment as a buffer.It introduces related concepts and basic theories such as the definition and mathematical model of the machine,the mathematical model of the buffer,and the interaction model between the machine and the buffer.The mathematical model of bullet dismantling system is established.2.Research on the analysis method of steady-state performance of dual-machine Bernoulli serial production system.The mathematical model of the dual-machine system is established,the production process is regarded as a Markov random process,and the state transition probability of the production system is determined by the Markov state transition law;the probability distribution level of the steady state buffer occupancy is analyzed according to the state transition probability And on this basis,the steady-state performance index of the production system was analyzed,and finally the bullet disassembly system was used as an example for simulation analysis.3.The mathematical model and transient performance analysis method of production system with safety constraints are studied.First of all,the safety of explosives in the production process is analyzed by the method of fault tree analysis(FTA),and the buffer occupancy is restricted with safety as a constraint.Secondly,a mathematical model of a dual-machine production system with a limited buffer occupation is established.Finally,the transient performance of this type of production system is analyzed,and the impact of safety constraints on the performance of the production system is compared with the steady-state analysis of the production system.The above research has elaborated on the steady-state performance analysis and transient performance analysis of production systems with safety constraints using analytical methods,and also provides references for such companies to carry out lean design and continuous improvement of production lines.
