With the development information contained in the decision-making process is more and more large,decision problems are becoming complicated,and makes the decision maker in the judgment of things often become hesitant.The time has become a history of decision making only depending on the experience and intuition of the decision maker,using the scientific method to evaluate and weigh all the alternatives and select the optimal scheme is urgent to.Fuzzy multiple attribute decision making in fuzzy decision theory in the study of science and technology,social production,life and other fields have a wide range of applications,therefore,the emergence of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making to compensate for the loss of the decision theory research.However,due to the big data age everything is complicated with ambiguity and human cognitive structure also is uncertain,decision makers are generally difficult to give precise numerical value to the decision information.The initial property value form of triangular fuzzy number,interval number,the intuitionistic fuzzy number,etc.In order to get more accurate decision result,the attribute value is given by the different forms of fuzzy information,by using interval triangular fuzzy number the dual hesitant fuzzy number interval value dual hesitant fuzzy number and so on different forms of fuzzy information attribute values are given.In this paper,To different properties of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems under discussion,do the following research:Firstly,dual hesitant fuzzy sets is studied under the distance measure and correlation coefficient,multi attribute decision making with completely unknown attribute weights.Based on dual fuzzy sets,the correlation coefficients between the Hamming distance measure formula of the dual fuzzy set and the two dual hesitations fuzzy information are given,and given the definition and the calculation formula of the weighted correlation coefficient,made decision operation more effective.Secondly,to explore the range of Hamming distance of triangular fuzzy sets,combined with the TOPSIS method to make decisions on the problem of attribute weights.Defined by the interval of triangular fuzzy numbers,given any two interval-triangular fuzzy sets the standard Hamming distance,combining the method with the maximum deviation method to find some known weight vector.Finally,the optimal solution is obtained by the classical TOPSIS method.Thirdly,The standardization of the studied interval intuitionistic fuzzy number method and the interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric averaging operator for dynamic multiple attribute decision making problem of decision making.Normalization method for interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy number based on attribute value,and the interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric averaging operator is generalized to the multi stage case.Finally,the interval valued hesitant fuzzy entropy and dual similarity measure gives the definition and formula,we construct the entropy weight model;distance formula by distance and similarity measure are three interval valued dual hesitant fuzzy set decision method.From the above gives an interval valued dual hesitant fuzzy set.The final calculation procedure of interval valued dual hesitant fuzzy set multiple attribute decision making method,and verify the applicability of the method.
