The sea is the source of life and an important resource for human survival. However,Marine oil spill accidents caused by human activities, such as ship collision and leakage of offshore drilling platform, will cause great damage to the Marine environment. When oil spill accident occurs, accurate simulation and prediction of oil spill trajectory and destination will provide effective help for subsequent accident treatment, thus minimizing environmental pollution.Based on the three-dimensional hydrodynamic model, this paper uses the "oil particle" method to simulate the oil spill trajectory and end-result,builds a calculation program platform including hydrodynamic and oil spill simulation, and uses this platform to predict the recent"Sanchi wheel" oil spill accident. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the mixed length turbulence model was used to construct a three-dimensional hydrodynamic model, and the ALE method was used to solve the dynamic boundary problem, thus greatly reducing the calculation time on the premise of ensuring the accuracy.Secondly, based on the hydrodynamic model,a new oil particle model is used to simulate the behavior of oil spill.Thirdly, integrate the above models and functions into the Hydroinfo hydrodynamic information system,so that users can simulate oil spill more intuitively and conveniently on the operating interface. Finally,Hydroinfo hydrodynamic information system was used to simulate and predict the oil spill in the "Sanchi" collision accident, and to provide support for the subsequent oil spill treatment.
