In order to reveal the effects of the different intercropping models of Torreya grandis cv.merrillii on soil physicochemical parameters and structure and diversity of soil bacterial community, the two models, goose(Anser cygnoides)-raising and Polygonatum sibiricum intercropping, were selected to compare the variation of soil nutrients and bacterial community at two Torreya grandis cv.merrillii plantation bases at Huangshan District and Jingde County,Anhui Province. In each model and the control,at least three sampling plots were set up for investigation. The results obtained are as follows.(1)Effects of different intercropping models of Torreya grandis on soil physochemical properties:Both the model of goose(Anser cygnoides)-raising and Polygonatum sibiricum intercropping, could significantly influence the physical and chemical properties of soil, especially the physical and chemical indexes of soil water content, total nitrogen, soluble organic carbon and total phosphorus;Among them, the soil fertility of goose(Anser cygnoides)-raising is the most significant. The soil fertility of goose(Anser cygnoides)-raising is higher than that of the other two models, which may be due to the fact that the goose is a group animal and likes to eat grass pests, and its feces can enhance the soil fertility.(2)Effects of different intercropping models of Torreya grandis on soil bacterial diversity:At the level of phylum, the relative abundance of 7 phylum groups, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Monomonas aeruginosa,Bacteroidetes verticae, and Bacteroidetes, increased in the model of goose(Anser cygnoides)-raising,while the relative abundance of actinomycetes increased in the model of Polygonatum sibiricum intercropping; At the level of genus, two modes of bacteria to other comments the highest sum of the relative abundance of species;Through the study of the soil data of torreya grandis forest in huangshan area with the mixed model of raising geese under the forest,it was shown that the species number of soil bacteria in all grades of species of phyllostaceae was>CK in the raising goose area(Anser cygnoides),and goose(Anser cygnoides)-raising increased the species of soil bacteria. At the level of phylum, the relative abundance of five phylums in the soil of the goose area was increased. At the genus level, the relative abundance of bacterial species treated by the two groups was the highest compared to the sum of the other annotated species. The analysis of soil Alpha diversity and Bata diversity in the sample plot showed that the diversity of soil bacteria in the undergrowth of geese was higher than that in the CK,and the similarity of the fine community structure of geese was low,and the correlation between soil nutrients and different species of bacteria was different.Further analysis of the difference between groups shows that the Thaumarchaeota(Archaeota)at the door level,Verrucomicrobia(Euryarchaeota)significantly decreases after raising geese. At the genus level,a total of 9 species of bacteria in Torreya grandis under two different treatments were found to be significantly different from each other.Among them, the abundance of 3 species of bacteria communities and 6 species of bacteria communities in Torreya grandis forest soil were significantly increased and significantly decreased in the goose raising area.
