Based on the compensation and preprocessing of time-series remote sensing images,the paper researches and realizes the extraction of the water body of Hongjianyao Lake,and uses various factors to explain the reasons for the lake area change.The conclusions obtained through research are as follows:(1)After conducting a feasibility analysis on the water extraction of the remote sensing image enhanced spatial and temporal adaptive refectance fusion model,it was found that The MODIS and Landsat data can be well fused,and the fusion image has a high correlation with the real Landsat image in water extraction,and the correlation coefficient reachs up to 0.95.It is proved that the image,which gets from the ESTARFM fusion,can be applied for water extraction.Based on this,ESTARFM was used to make up for the missing Landsat data after 2000,and time series remote sensing images were obtained from 1987 to 2018.(2)The single-band threshold,the spectral relationship,the comprehensive water index,Support Vector Machine,and Convolutional Neural Network were used to extract water in the Hongjiannao area.The area extracted by each method was compared with the measured lake area,combined with visual analysis,the results show that the comprehensive water index has a good extraction effect in both water extraction in 2000 and 2004.Therefore,the comprehensive water index method is the most effective method for water extraction in Hongjianyao area.(3)Using the comprehensive water index method to extract water from the time-series remote sensing image of Hongjiannao from 1987 to 2018,and statistical analysis of area and shoreline,we can get:The lake change generally shows a shrinking state from 1987 to 2018 in the Hongjiannao area.There is a great change of the lake area,which decreases about 16.934km~2,and the reduction is approximately32.3%.The area of lake change can be divided into three stages:stability,sustained shrinkage and expansion.In the light of the shorline change in Hongjiannao,the northern,southeast and western parts of the lake have the most obvious changes.The largest shrinkage of the lake occurred in the northern part of the lake,shrinking inward by roughly 2.357 km.(4)Combining climate factors and human activity factors to explain the dynamic changes of Hongjiannao lakes.Studies have shown that climate and human activities have collectively led to the shrinking of red soda lakes.The warming and drying of the climate is one of the factors leading to the change of Hongjianyanhu Lake,but the influence of the warming and drying of climate and human activities is the key factor that causes the change of Hongjianyanhu Lake.
