Risk Assessment Of Geological Hazards In Lixian County

Geological disasters are one of many natural disasters that cause serious losses and damage to the resources and environment on which humans depend for survival and development.Therefore,on the basis of Lixian's detailed survey of geological hazards in 2016,a mathematical statistical analysis model was combined with geographic information technology to complete the Lixian geological hazard risk assessment.The research in this article aims to provide a reference for the local government to carry out urban planning and planning for disaster prevention and mitigation.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on the geological hazards,the spatial distribution characteristics and development of geological hazards in Li County are summarized and analyzed.(2)Combined with the geological environmental factors of the study area and the characteristics of the hidden danger points,the formation conditions of geological hazards in Li County were discussed in depth,which laid the foundation for the evaluation index system for the subsequent hazard and risk assessment of geological hazards.(3)According to the relevant specifications,based on various environmental factors,the inversion and risk index of the geological hazards in Lixian were reversed.Based on this,the susceptibility and risk zoning and evaluation of the geological hazards in Lixian were made.(4)Based on the results of geological hazard risk assessment in the study area,combined with the development status of geological hazards,the social and economic development of Li County,and the threat objects of geological hazards,the geological disaster prevention and control zoning work was carried out in Lixian County.On the basis of the above-mentioned work,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Lixian has relatively developed geological hazards and involves a variety of hazards such as collapse,landslides,mudslides,and unstable slopes.It has obvious spatial and temporal distribution characteristics.(2)Relative In terms of the main controlling factors affecting the development of geological hazards in Li County,they include topography,geological structure,stratigraphic lithology,meteorology and hydrology,and human activities.(3)Due to favorable geological environmental conditions,Lixian belongs to the area prone to geological hazards,and the area of high-prone areas in the county accounts for 61.1%;while comprehensively considering the threat objects,economic losses and development trends of geological hazards,The county belongs to a region with a low risk of geological disasters.The area of the county's medium and high risk areas accounts for 9.07%.It is mainly distributed along the valley rivers.(4)Geological environmental protection is a fundamental measure to prevent geological disasters.In order to protect the safety of people's lives and property,and ensure the sustainable development of the economy and society,reasonable environmental protection measures are indispensable.
