Animal feed intake played an important role in animal growth.Frankincense feed flavoring has a lure effect on young animals. However, during the production process,it was discharged into the environment through organized discharge and unorganized overflow. The main component is aromatic hydrocarbon,Belonging to volatile organic compounds(VOCs).This experiment used degrading bacteria selected from a specific environment to construct BTFs to treat VOCs emitted by feed companies. After three years of monitoring the actual production of odor concentration of organized emissions, the biological treatment system was evaluated effect, and the water quality of the wastewater discharged from the BTF was detected, and the bacterial diversity in the water samples was analyzed by 16S rDNA sequencing technology, analyzed the correlation between bacteria and environmental factors(ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, dissolved oxygen and pH).Then evaluated the effect of emission odor concentration with different volumes of BTFs and different air intakes in laboratory, verified the correlation between bacteria and environmental factors by16S rDNA sequencing. Results of this experiment:1.In the past three years, the BTF average reduction rate of odor concentration was 84.42%.Compared with the allowable emission standard 6000,the emission reduction was 66.50%,and the discharged industrial wastewater reached three-level discharge standard.2.16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to detect diversity of bacteria in the water in the BTF.The results showed that the number of OTUs in the water sample was 553.Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes accounted for the largest proportion at phylum, the proportion was 72.50%and 23.24%,respectively.The dominant bacteria at the genus level were Malikia(18.74%),Chryseobacterium(12.86%);the correlation of environmental factors to the bacterial community was ammonia nitrogen>pH>dissolved oxygen>nitrite nitrogen>turbidity, and the bacterial community was only negatively correlated with ammonia nitrogen, and Bacteroidetes was most affected by environmental factors.3.The laboratory constructed two BTFs to reduce the VOCs of frankincense-type feed flavoring agent.Under three air inlets(20,40 and 80 m~3/h)the two BTFs reduced VOCs emission rate was higher than 74%,and the most efficient emission reduction was at 40 m~3/h,the average emission reduction rate was 86%,and the emission reduction of larger BTF was better than the smaller one at 20 and 40 m~3/h,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The odor concentration at the outlet of the larger BTF was significantly lower at 40 m~3/h than 80 m~3/h(P<0.01).4.16S rDNA sequencing technology found that Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes in the BTF were the dominant flora, and at the genus level the dominant flora were Stappia and Aequorivita;the environmental factors correlation to bacterial communities was pH>ammonia nitrogen>dissolved oxygen>nitrite nitrogen.Bacteroidetes was also the most affected by environmental factors.
