In recent years, due to the excellent biocompatibility of graphene oxide, researchers have been studying GO and biomass more and more, and it is also the penetration of GO into every field of people's lives. This topic uses the principle of layer-by-layer self-assembly,based on GO,using three polyelectrolytes as buffers, and taking the model probiotics,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,as an example,to imitate six layers of artificial spore shells for eukaryotic cells. The artificial spore shell has a good protective effect on the storage of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in an acidic environment and on the growth in an environment with 4%salt.The shell can be actively ruptured and peeled off by the growth of the yeast cells when the yeast cells are in an environment suitable for growth without manual treatment. The experiment provides a simple microbial storage method for the semi-automated artificial spore shell for the food and pharmaceutical industry. The effect of coupling of GO and cadmium ion on the toxicity of Hela cells was studied. The effects of Cd2+on cytotoxicity under the influence of GO were studied by cell activity assay, intracellular reactive oxygen species detection, cell membrane integrity, and fluorescent probe localization.A specific synergistic toxic effect of GO and Cd2+was discovered. The synergistic toxicity of GO with Cd2+does not appear to be related to intracellular reactive oxygen species, but may be due to the specific interaction between GO and Cd2+,which may lead to more Cd recruitment on the cell membrane, induce synergy.Membrane destruction ultimately increases the cytotoxicity of Cd on Hela@GO cells.Although the low concentration of GO is extremely toxic to cells, its presence in the ecosystem makes it contact with other toxic substances, and the coupling toxicity of GO-needs to be further studied.
