In the contemporary militarized optoelectronic confrontation,Optical devices generally have the characteristics of cat-eye effect.The laser active detection device uses this feature to detect,identify,locate,and strike.And the rapid development of laser active detection technology seriously threatens the living space of existing optical equipment.The cat-eye stealth optical system designed in this paper not only ensures the detection capability of our detection system,but also ensures that our optical equipment can survive safely in a complex and variable detection environment.In this dissertation,for the purpose of realizing cat-eye stealth,the principle of cat-eye effect was studied,and the echo characteristics of cat-eye effect were analyzed by diffraction integration method,geometric optical method and matrix optical method,respectively.In addition,the factors and methods affecting cat-eye stealth were analyzed,the image plane tilt method was proposed to design the cat-eye stealth optical system,and the principle of image plane tilt to weaken cat-eye effect was analyzed.According to the third-order vector aberration theory,the influence of image plane tilt and eccentricity on the aberration of the optical system was analyzed.The influence of tilt on five kinds of monochromatic aberrations was analyzed.In order to correct the asymmetry of the positive and negative field aberrations caused by the image plane tilt,the application of free-form surface in imaging optical system was analyzed,According to the non-rotational symmetry of the free-form surface and the influence of the free-form surface on the tilt aberration,the tilting aberration caused by the tilt of the image plane is corrected by introducing a free-form surface.Finally,according to the design index requirements,the cat-eye stealth optical system design was designed,and the correction problem of five kinds of monochromatic aberrations were analyzed.The system design wascarried out according to the system design flow chart.Finally,a cat-eye stealth optical system with an imaging plane tilted by 4.5°was obtained,and a free-form surface was introduced in the fifth lens of the system,and the laser echo was analyzed.The results show that the cat-eye stealth optical system with a image plane tilt of 4.5° has good image quality in the whole field of view.By calculating and simulating the laser echo of the system,it can be known that the larger the angle of the image plane tilt,the more obvious the laser echo attenuation.By comparing and analyzing the laser echo of the image plane tilting and non-tilting at the same detection distance,it is found that the laser echo of the image plane tilting system is obviously smaller than that of the image plane without tilting at the same detection distance.As the detection distance increases,the laser echo attenuation of the image tilt system is very obvious and cannot be detected.The method of tilting the image plane surface can effectively achieve the cat-eye stealth.
