In recent years,the port has developed rapidly in the context of economic globalization,and the rapid development of the port industry is accompanied by many environmental problems.Under the current environment of advocating sustainable development,how to build a green port with balanced development of economic interests and environmental protection has become the focus of various port companies.To evaluate the degree of green development of a port,a scientific and rational green port evaluation system is indispensable.However,the traditional evaluation method is mainly qualitative research,lacking the necessary data support;the calculation process of index weight ignores the difference between ports;the score of evaluation index is greatly influenced by subjective judgment,and the accuracy of evaluation results is not high.Based on the existing evaluation index system,this thesis combines the grey number theory and the entropy weight method to construct an evaluation model to evaluate the green port.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research on the theory of green portsThe thesis expounds the origin of the green port,defines the connotation of the green port according to the viewpoint of "balance theory",and introduces the two main methods in the evaluation model—grey theory and entropy weight method,which lays a theoretical foundation.(2)Improving the green port evaluation methodOn the basis of comparative analysis of the status quo of green port construction at home and abroad,the thesis summarizes the problems existing in the construction of domestic green ports,and takes "the green port evaluation system is not mature" as the entry point,focuses on the research of green port evaluation methods,improves the traditional green port evaluation method,and proposes the Grey-entropy weight method evaluation model.(3)Constructing a Grey-Entropy Weight Method Evaluation ModelThe thesis combines the grey number theory with the entropy weight method to construct an evaluation model,and applies it innovatively to the field of green port evaluation.The thesis uses the grey number theory to process the initial judgment matrix and the semantic weight of the expert,giving the fuzzy character of the interval grey number and solving the problem of strong subjectivity and lack of flexibility in traditional evaluation methods;and uses the objectively assigned entropy weight method to process the clear and weighted grey matrix to obtain the final index weight,which improves the accuracy of the evaluation results.The results of green port evaluation based on Grey-entropy weight method will be closer to reality,objective and reasonable.(4)Case analysis of evaluation modelThe thesis selects Yantai Port as the evaluation object to validate the Grey-entropy weight evaluation model,obtains the weight of Yantai Port evaluation index,and verifies the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation model;analyzes the green port level of Yantai Port Container Terminal,and verifies the practicability and application value of the evaluation model;finds the weaknesses in the green port construction of Yantai Port combined with the example analysis results,and then proposes targeted countermeasures to provide reference for the future green port construction of Yantai Port,and to help to improve its green development level.
