This research is a project commissioned by Dalian Huicheng Industry & Trade Co.,Ltd.,take the squid fishing boom as an example.Which mainly studies the optimized design of the squid fishing jib boom,and improves the rated load and safety of the hoisting boom in the case of the same materials.Bionics is used as a research method,and unicorn is known as the research object.A systematic study was carried out on the head of the unicorn,and the biological parameters of the head horn were extracted and utilized to optimize the structural bionics of the elongated girders such as the conventional jib.It also provides design rationale and technical methods for the optimal design of slender parts for other uses of the same type.This paper starts from the extraction of 3D contour information of the unicorn head,uses the 3D laser scanning system to obtain the point cloud data of the unicorn corner,uses the IMAGEWARE software to process the point cloud,and reconstructs its surface model and solid model.The solid model was simulated by INVENTOR and found to have excellent mechanical properties,which means that it has great practical value for bionic application.Using the bionic technique as a means,a representative geometric characteristic curve is taken on the unicorn surface model and the algebraic equation is obtained by curve fitting using MATLAB.Using INVENTOR to introduce the parametric curve and establish the bionic solid model,using the mechanical simulation analysis as the tool,taking the rectangular beam and the round tube beam as an example,the bionic solid model and the traditional solid model are compared and analyzed,and the bionic rectangular beam and the bionic round tube are obtained.The analysis results of Liangdu and traditional rectangular beam and traditional circular tube beam show that under the same load,the maximum stress of the bionic model is greatly reduced,the deformation is also small,and the safety is significantly improved.It is feasible to optimize the traditional shape of the girders such as the lifting jib with the characteristic curve of the head angle,and it has good theoretical support and practical value for the improvement and upgrade of the relevant armor components of the fishing boat.
