Nanoscale communication is a new communication technology,which combines information technology and nanotechnology,it has broad application prospects in medical,industrial,military and many other fields.In the nanoscale communication field,bio-inspired molecular communication employs biochemical molecular as information carrier,as kind of them.It can utilize the characteristics of biocompatibility,micro-nano scale,high energy efficiency and large information capacity to complete information transmission in some specific environments.This thesis introduced the concept,characteristics and research results of molecular communication,and emphasized the research status of molecular communication based on calcium ion signal(CaMC).As a basic knowledge,the biological model of calcium ion signal was introduced to explain the basic concepts,related characteristics and application scenarios of this kind of molecular communication.A one-dimensional molecular communication system consisting of transmitter,channel and receiver was designed.Gillespie's stochastic algorithm was used to study the waveform of calcium ion signal in cytoplasm as well as its changes after propagation.The characteristics and performance of the system were analyzed.The influences of related parameters on communication results were analyzed with bit error probability,mutual information and on-off key modulation technology.Finally,the topologies of molecular communication based on calcium ion signal were analyzed,which could lay a foundation for the construction of network model.The research methods and experimental results presented in this paper would contribute to making a further research on molecular communication based on calcium ion signal,and providing technical reference for the construction of internet of bio-nano things as well as the diagnosis and treatment of some diseases.
