Animal robots are the product of the highly developed and integrated nature of biomedical,computer science,electronics and wireless sensing technologies,and are one of the most active areas of emerging interdisciplinary research.On the basis of the previous research results,this study further developed the brain map of carp cerebellum and cerebral lobes,and studied the correspondence between brain motor nuclei and motor behavior,and preliminary construction of cell structure in cerebellum and cerebral lobes.In terms of movement control of the carp robot,the three-dimensional coordinate system of the brain was established according to the skeletal characteristics of carp.A combined stereo water maze and its application method for space position measurement are designed.The three-dimensional coordinate points of the brain motor area controlling the left,right and forward movement of carp were determined by water-leaving electrical stimulation experiments and underwater control experiments on the stimulation sites of the cerebellum and the medulla oblongata labyrinth.In terms of the preparation of brain tissue sections,brain tissue of carp was fixed by pre-fixing method based on cardiac perfusion technique;the horizontal slice of the carp cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth were sectioned by conventional paraffin tissue sectioning and staining techniques,and consecutive horizontal microscopic images were obtained.In terms of the construction of the brain map of the cerebellum and the medulla oblongata labyrinth and the correspondence between exercise behavior,according to the obtained tissue slice microscopic images,the horizontal brain atlas of the cerebellum and themedulla oblongata labyrinth of carp was constructed.The functions of some nuclei and bundles in cerebellum and themedulla oblongata labyrinth atlas of carp were studied by underwater control experiments.It is found that the left turn motion of carp robot is controlled by the left VI nerve nucleus of cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth,the right turn motion of carp robot is controlled by the right VI nerve nucleus of cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth,the forward movement of carp robot is controlled by theVII neuron of cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth,the V nucleus and VIII nucleus of cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth are closely related to the balance of carp robots,the Mohs fibers of cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth are directly related to the balance and hearing of carp robots.In terms of the cytoarchitecture of the cerebellum and the medulla oblongata labyrinth of carp,sodium glutamate solution of 0.01 mol/L,0.1 mol/L,0.5 mol/L and 1mol/L was injected into the cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth of carp.The optimum concentration of sodium glutamate to induce carp exercise was determined to be0.01 mol/L.Injection of sodium glutamate and Panax blue into the cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth of carp,the tissue sections were prepared,morphological observation showed that the stimulating sites inducing the motor behavior of carp were in the neuronal soma of cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth,the stimulation sites in cerebellum and medulla oblongata labyrinth which induce carp action were validated and evaluated by chemical stimulation method.
